제2도는 상기 시일링 부재의 변형 실시예를 도시한 도면이다.
Claims (2)
- 축과 같은 동작부재의 외주면을 둘러싸도록 배치되며, 환상의 자석과 환상의 극편으로 구성되고, 시일링 부재와 동작부재 사이에 전기 전도성 강자성 유체를 넣어 전기전도성 강자성 유체 시일을 형성하고, 내주면에 전기 전도성 비자성 코팅막을 가진 상기 환상의 자석으로 구성되며, 상기 코팅막이 환상의 극편 전면에 도포된 것을 특징으로 하는 강자성 유체 시일용 시일링 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시일링 부재가 전표면상에 비자성 코팅막을 특징으로 강자성 유체 시일용 시일링 부재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
