Claims (15)

  1. 용기를 밀봉하기 위한 인열 용기마개에 있어서, 윗덮개판; 상기 덮개판으로 비롯되는 원통형 캡스커어트; 덮개판 및 캡스커어트에 있어서, 캡 스커어트 넘어 돌출하는 설부로서 연속하는 인열대를 한정하는 새김선; 인열대의 설부에 연결되고, 외측으로 유도된 측면을 갖는 연결부를 포함하며, 플라스틱으로 형성되고 설부와 연결부 사이에 인장응력 및 비틀림응력에 저항하는 연결부를 형성하기 위해 인열대의 설부에 결합되는 당김부재; 및 연결부의 외측으로 유도된 측면으로부터 돌출하며, 원통형 캡 스커어트의 축방향 높이 이하의 거리만큼 설단부로부터 거리를 두고 있는 작동면을 갖춘 스페이서; 로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 밀봉용 인열식 용기마개.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스페이서는 적어도 하나의 돌출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인열식 용기마개.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,스페이서는 연결부의 폭을 가로질러 뻗어있는 적어도 하나의 어깨부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인열식 용기마개.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 설부의 면으로부터 스페이서의 높이는 1 내지 5mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 인열식 용기마개.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 높이는 2 내지 3mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 인열식 용기마개.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어는 하나에 있어서, 당기부재, 연결부 및 스페이서는 설부에 부착된 연결부와 동시에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인열식 용기 마개.
  7. 제1 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 연결부에 확고한 부착을 위하여, 설부는 관통공, 돌출플랜지 및 바아브와 같은 부재와 함께 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인열식 용기마개.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 연결부는 설부 전체를 둘러싸며 설단부의 근방까지 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인열식 용기마개.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 빈 용기 마개의 제조일로부터 용기의 폐쇄까지, 설부는 덮개판에 대한 약 45° 내지 90° 의 각도로 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인열식 용기마개.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 설부는 빈 용기마개의 취급시 설부의 위치조정을 용기하게 하기위해 약간 만곡되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인열식 용기마개.
  11. 제1항 내지 10항중 어느하나에 있어서, 용기마개가 병목에 장착될때, 및 당김부재가 사용순간까지 병목에 접해 있도록 하기 위하여 적어도 부분적으로 당김부재를 커버하는 파열 가능한 위치조경부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인열식 용기마개.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 돌출부, 당김부재에 설치되고 병에 기대어 놓이도록 된 비교적 박형의 탭, 상기 탭에 중첩되는 위치조경 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인열식 용기마개.
  13. 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 위치조정 부재는 적어도 스커어트에 대향한 당김부재의 단부와 중첩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인열식 용기마개.
  14. 제11항 내지 제13항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 당김부재는 플라스틱으로 형성되고 연결부와 일체로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인열식 용기마개.
  15. 본문에 상술되고 첨부도면에 예시한 바와같은 인열식 용기마개.
