275,491. Jackson, T. M., and White Horse Distillers, Ltd. Jan. 24, 1927. Capsules; sealing devices for stoppers.-A closure for bottles, jars, &c. comprises a screwed stopper c adapted to engage an external thread b on the bottle, and enclosed by a metal or other capsule f, a tape or other flexible body g being disposed between the capsule and the stopper with one end thereof accessible to permit manipulation of the tape to sever the capsule. Normally the exposed end is secured to the container by a band h of paper &c. Specifications 6622/86 and 1004/10 are referred to.
