Claims (12)

  1. 목 부재와 뚜껑 부재를 가진 용기용 뚜껑에 있어서 상기 목 부재내의 분배공을 폐쇄시키도록 상기 목 부재내에 삽입가능한 플라스틱제의 편향 가능한 마개를 포함하여서 된 상기 뚜껑 부재, 상기 마개가 미리 정해진 지역에서 편향되는 것을 방지하도록 된 수단, 및 상기 마개의 편향에 대한 저항을 감소시키도록 전술한 수단을 위치시키고 마개를 상기 지역에서 편향시키며 이와 동시에 목 부재로부터 마개를 이동시키기 시작하도록 된 수단을 특징으로 하는 뚜껑.
  2. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마개의 편향을 방지하기 위한 상기 수단이 배기공 조립체를 가지며, 이 배기공 조립체는 폐쇄상태에서 그 부품들이 상기 마개를 강화시키는 작용을 하며 개구 상태에서는 상기 마개가 가요성으로 되게함으로써 상기 목 부재로부터 상기 마개의 해탈을 용이하게 하도록 구성된 것이 특징인 뚜껑.
  3. 특허청구의 범위 제2항에 있어서, 상기 목 부재가 용기 내의 개구부내로 단단하게 밀봉 감합되게 끼워질 수 있으며 환상견부를 가진 상기 분배공을 마련하는 내경을 가지며, 상기 마개는 횡방향으로 된 상부벽과 이로부터 하향 연장하며 그 주위에는 상기 목 부재상에 있는 상기 견부 아래에서 압압되도록 된 환상 견부가 형성되어 있는 원통형 벽을 갖도록 구성시킨 것이 특징인 뚜껑.
  4. 특허청구의 범위 제3항에 있어서, 상기 배기공 조립체가 상기 상부벽 내에 있는 배기공과, 밀봉 상태에서 상기 배기공을 통하여 연장하며 그 주위에는 상기 배기공의 저면에 접하도록 된 저단부가 형성되어 있으며 측면편향에 대하여 상기 마개 부분을 지지시키도록 그에 접하는 웅성요소를 포함하는 것이 특징인 뚜껑.
  5. 특허청구의 범위 제4항에 있어서, 상기 웅성요소를 상기 배기공으로부터 제거시키도록 되고 일단부에서 상부벽의 부변부에 연결된 레버 요소를 포함하는 수단, 일단부에서 손잡이를 가지며 그 양단부 중간에서 상기 웅성 요소에 연결되고 상기 상부벽에 접하여 지레 받칭 작용을 하도록된 제2단부를 가진 상기 레버 요소를 특징으로 하는 뚜껑.
  6. 특허청구의 범위 제5항에 있어서, 상기 목 부재상의 지레 받칭수단, 상기 목 부재의 상기 내경밖으로 상기 마개를 지레식으로 뽑아 내도록 상기 지레 받침 수단상에서 선회가능한 상기 레버 요소를 특징으로 하는 뚜껑.
  7. 특허청구의 범위 제1 내지 6항 중 어느하나에 있어서, 축방향으로 격설된 외부의 환상견부를 가진 상기 목부재, 및 상기 외부 견부중 하나에 밀봉 접촉하는 저연부를 포함하고 상기 외부 견부중 다른 것과 밀봉 접촉하는 내부의 절두 원추형 표면을 제공하는 절두 원추형 립부분을 상기 개구단주위에 가진 상기 용기를 특징으로 하는 뚜껑.
  8. 특허청구의 범위 제1 내지 7항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 목 부재에 대하여 상기 마개를 힌지시키는 수단 및 상기 분배공의 일측면에서 상기 마개를 개구된 상태로 유지시키도록 상기 힌지 수단과 협동하는 수단을 특징으로 하는 뚜껑.
  9. 특허청구의 범위 제8항에 있어서, 상기 힌지 수단이 일종의 가요성 띠와 이들 띠 사이에 쇄정되도록 끼워지게 위치된 쇄정구를 포함하여서 된 것이 특징인 뚜껑.
  10. 특허청구의 범위 제9항에 있어서, 지레 받침점 형태로 상기 목 부재상에 장치된 기둥의 형태로 된 상기 쇄정구를 특징으로 하는 뚜껑.
  11. 특허청구의 범위 제3 내지 10항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 목 부재내로 상기 마개의 삽입을 안내하고 촉진시키도록 되고, 일반적으로 반원통형 표면 부분내로 그 주변부가 이어지는 상기 내경의 외단부에 있는 부분적인 절두 원추형 표면을 포함하여서 된 수단이 있으며, 상기 절두 원추형 부분은 상기 내경의 축선의 일측면에 위치하고 상기 일반적으로 반원통형인 부분은 상기 축선의 반대편에 위치한 것이 특징인 뚜껑.
  12. 특허청구의 범위 제11항에 있어서, 상기 마개 부재를 끼우기전에 상기 목 부재상의 상기 표면의 반대편으로 안내되게 배치된 일반적으로 절두 원추형인 안내면을 가진 것이 특징인 뚜껑.
