Die Erfindung betrifft eine Getränkedose mit Trinkaufsatz, wobei der Trinkaufsatz einen Becher mit einem Boden und einer seitlichen Becherwand mit Trinkrand sowie einen Aufsteckrand zum Festhalten an einem Dosenwulst aufweist.
In DE 201 16 724 (Schwöbel) ist eine Getränkedose mit einem zugehörigen Trinkaufsatz beschrieben. Die Getränkedose hat einen angeformten Kragen, der einen Innenmantel aus Kunststoff umschließt. Der Innenmantel bildet an seinem oberen Ende einen nach außen gebogenen Trinkrand. Hierbei ist eine Modifizierung der Getränkedose erforderlich, mit der Folge, dass auch solche Getränkedosen, für die kein Trinkaufsatz benötigt wird, mit einem hochgezogenen Kragen versehen sein müssen. DE 202 15 265 (Schwöbel) beschreibt einen Trinkaufsatz, der auf eine übliche Dose mit umgebördeltem Dosenwulst aufgesetzt werden kann. Der Trinkaufsatz enthält einen Trichter mit flexibler Wand, der sich auf der Stirnwand der Dose abdichtend abstützt. Durch eine Öffnung des Trinkaufsatzes hindurch kann der Verschluss der Dose aufgerissen werden. Der Trinkaufsatz enthält einen Zusatzbehälter, der zugleich den Deckel für den Trinkaufsatz bildet.
In US 4,098,439 und US 4,715,510 ist jeweils ein Trinkaufsatz für eine Dose beschrieben, wobei der Trinkaufsatz aus einem Becher aus Kunststoff besteht, der auf der Dose klemmend oder einrastend befestigt wird.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Getränkedose mit Trinkaufsatz zu schaffen, die zur Lagerung und zum Transport platzsparend untergebracht werden kann und in diesem Zustand eine geringe Gesamthöhe hat.
Die erfindungsgemäße Getränkedose zeichnet sich durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 aus. Hiernach ist der Becher des Trinkaufsatzes derart bemessen, dass er mit engem Sitz fest auf die Dose aufstülpbar ist.
Die erfindungsgemäße Getränkedose bietet die Möglichkeit, den becherförmigen Trinkaufsatz über das obere Ende der Getränkedose zu stülpen, also den Becher kopfüber auf die Getränkedose aufzuschieben. Der Trinkaufsatz hat dann einen festen Halt auf der Dose, so dass er zusammen mit der Dose transportiert und gelagert werden kann. Vor Gebrauch der Dose wird der Trinkaufsatz abgenommen und in der richtigen Orientierung, nämlich mit nach unten weisendem Boden, auf die Dose aufgesetzt. Der Trinkaufsatz kann also in zwei unterschiedlichen Positionen auf der Dose befestigt werden, nämlich in einem umgestülpten Zustand und in einem Trinkzustand. Der Übergang vom umgestülpten Zustand zum Trinkzustand ist sehr einfach, denn der Trinkaufsatz braucht lediglich von der Dose abgezogen, umgedreht und anschließend rastend wieder aufgesteckt zu werden. Im aufgesteckten Zustand bildet der Trinkaufsatz einen Trinkbecher mit Trinkrand, so dass nicht die Gefahr besteht, dass die Lippen an einer scharfen Dosenkante der aus Metallblech bestehenden Dose verletzt werden.
Der Trinkaufsatz kann mit geringem Aufwand als einstückiges Kunststoffteil hergestellt werden, das im Lieferzustand platzsparend auf der Dose sitzt. Dadurch werden die Kosten der Dose nur unwesentlich erhöht und auch das für den Trinkaufsatz erforderliche Volumen wird auf ein Mindestmaß reduziert.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung der Erfindung enthält der Boden des Bechers eine Öffnung, die mit einem herausnehmbaren Verschlussdeckel verschließbar ist. Der Verschlussdeckel bewirkt, dass bei geöffneter Dose der Trinkaufsatz einen wiederverschließbaren Deckel bildet, der ein unkontrolliertes Auslaufen des in der Dose befindlichen Getränks verhindert, auch wenn die Dose umfallen sollte. Der Benutzer ist nicht gezwungen, die Dose sofort leer zu trinken. Er kann vielmehr die Dose nach dem erstmaligen Öffnen bzw. nach dem Aufreißen des eigentlichen Dosenverschlusses, wiederverschließen.
Der Verschlussdeckel kann einen an dem Boden des Bechers befestigten Arm aufweisen. Auf dieses Weise ist er unverlierbar mit dem Becher verbunden, wobei durch den Arm die erforderliche Beweglichkeit des Verschlussdeckels sichergestellt ist.
Eine bevorzugte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass der Boden des Bechers eine Erhöhung bildet, die von einem auf der Stirnwand der Dose aufsitzenden Dichtgrad aufragt. Der Dichtgrad, der in der Benutzungsposition des Trinkaufsatzes auf der Stirnwand der Dose aufsitzt, ist hinreichend flexibel, um die erforderliche Abdichtung zu bewirken. Andererseits wird eine Abdichtung auch durch den Verschlussdeckel hervorgerufen. Flüssigkeit, die aus der Dosenöffnung austritt, wird also in der von der Erhöhung begrenzten Kammer aufgenommen, aus der sie nicht austreten kann. Die Gefahr des Austretens und Verschüttens von Flüssigkeit aus dem Becher wird auf einfache Weise vermieden. Eine weitere Abdichtung bildet der Aufsteckrand, mit dem der Trinkaufsatz in der Gebrauchsstellung an dem Dosenwulst festgeklemmt wird.
Der Aufsteckrand kann von einer Schrägfläche oder Konusfläche des Trinkaufsatzes abstehen, die die seitliche Becherwand mit dem Dichtgrad verbindet. Im folgenden wird unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung näher erläutert.

In den Zeichnungen ist jeweils eine übliche Getränkedose 10 dargestellt, die üblicherweise aus Weißblech hergestellt ist und ein Getränk wie Limonade oder Bier enthält. Die Getränkedose 10 hat einen integral angeformten Boden 11 und am entgegengesetzten Ende einen konischen Hals 12. Das obere Ende der Dose ist durch die Stirnwand 13 verschlossen, die mit dem Hals 12 durch einen Bördelrand 14 verbunden ist. Der Bördelrand 14 bildet einen nach außen vorstehenden Wulst. Die Stirnwand 13 enthält ein ausbrechbares Verschlussteil 15, welches aufgerissen werden kann, um eine Ausgießöffnung 16 freizulegen.
Auf der Getränkedose 10 sitzt in umgestülptem Zustand der Trinkaufsatz 20. Dieser besteht aus einem einstückigen Kunststoffteil. Er bildet einen Becher 21 mit einem Boden 22 und einer umlaufenden seitlichen Becherwand 23. Die Becherwand 23 endet in dem Trinkrand 24, der die Becheröffnung umgibt und einen nach außen vorstehenden Ringwulst bildet.
In der Bodenwand 22 ist eine Erhöhung 25 ausgeformt, die in das Innere des Bechers hinein vorsteht.
Von der zylindrischen Becherwand 23 geht eine konische Schrägfläche 26 in den Boden 22 über. In mittlerer Höhe geht von der Schrägfläche 26 ein im wesentlichen zylindrischer Aufsteckrand 27 ab, der einen nach innen gerichteten Widerhaken zur Verrastung an dem Bördelrand 14 der Dose 10 aufweist.
Das untere Ende der konischen Schrägfläche 26 wird von einem Dichtgrad 30 gebildet, der auf die gewölbte obere Stirnwand 13 der Dose abdichtend aufgesetzt wird. Der Boden 22 weist eine Erhöhung 33 auf, unter der gemäß Fig. 4 ein Hohlraum 34 gebildet wird, der von der Stirnwand der Dose begrenzt wird. In der Oberwand der Erhöhung 33 befindet sich eine Öffnung 35, die mit einem Verschlussdeckel 36 verschließbar ist, welcher abdichtend mit der Öffnung 35 zusammenwirkt. Der Verschlussdeckel 36 ist mit einem flexiblen Arm 37 einstückig verbunden. Der Arm 37 ist mit der Oberwand der Erhöhung 33 verbunden. Der Verschlussdeckel 36 weist eine seitliche Zuglasche 38, die ein Herausziehen des Verschlussdeckels aus der Öffnung 35 erleichtert.
Fig. 1 zeigt das Aufsetzen des Trinkaufsatzes auf die Dose 10. Hierbei wird der Trinkaufsatz in umgestülptem Zustand, also mit nach oben weisendem Boden 22 von oben her auf die Dose 10 aufgeschoben. Dabei umschließt die zylindrische Becherwand 23 den oberen Teil der Dose 10 mit engem Sitz. Der Innendurchmesser des Bechers 21 ist also gleich dem Außendurchmesser des zylindrischen Teils der Dose 10.
Der Transport- und Lagerzustand des Trinkaufsatzes 20 ist in Fig. 3 dargestellt. Die seitliche Becherwand 23 schmiegt sich eng an den zylindrischen Teil der Dose 10 an. Der Bördelrand 14 der Dose und die obere Stirnwand 13 werden von dem Trinkaufsatz bedeckt. Der Aufsteckrand 27 des Trinkaufsatzes und der Dichtgrad 30 stehen frei nach oben ab.
Zum Benutzen des Trinkaufsatzes 20 wird dieser von der Dose 10 abgezogen, umgedreht, so dass die Becheröffnung 40 nunmehr nach oben weist, wie in Fig. 4 dargestellt, und mit dem Aufsteckrand 27 über den Bördelrand 14 der Dose gedrückt. Dabei reißen die Widerhaken 28 unter dem Bördelrand 14 ein, während der Dichtgrad 30 abdichtend gegen die Stirnfläche der Dose drückt.
Vor dem Aufsetzen des Trinkaufsatzes auf die Dose wurde der Dosenverschluss 15 geöffnet.
Wenn der Trinkaufsatz in der Gebrauchsstellung (Fig. 4) an der Dose 10 angebracht wurde, kann der Verschlussdeckel 36 geöffnet werden, um die Öffnung 35 freizulegen. Durch Schrägstellen der Dose fließt dann das Getränk durch die Öffnung 35 in den Becher 21. Durch Ansetzen des Trinkrandes 24 an den Mund kann der Benutzer den Doseninhalt trinken.
In dem Benutzungszustand kann der Verschlussdeckel 36 beliebig, oft wiederverschlossen und anschließend wiedergeöffnet werden. Der Verschlussdeckel verhindert ein Auslaufen des Doseninhaltes bei etwaigem Umkippen der Dose. Es ist also nicht erforderlich, den Doseninhalt sogleich vollständig auszutrinken.

3. Getränkedose nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussdeckel (36) einen an dem Boden befestigten flexiblen Arm (37) aufweist.
4. Getränkedose nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (22) eine Erhöhung (33) bildet, die von einem auf der Stirnwand (13) der Dose (10) aufsitzenden Dichtgrad (30) aufragt.
5. Getränkedose nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufsteckrand (27) von einer Schrägfläche (26) abgeht, die die seitliche Becherwand (23) mit dem Dichtgrad (30) verbindet.
