제 1 도는 본 발명의 1 실시예에 의하여 구성된 속이빈 성형품 제조장치의 개략도. 제 2 도는 제 1 도의 부분도로서 굴대(5)가 하강위치에 있는 상태를 나타내는 부분개략도. 제 3 도는 제 1 도의 장치에 설치한 다이스(3)의 구성을 나타내는 횡단면도.
Claims (14)
- 제 1 통로(3a)를 환형 형상으로 하되 나머지 부분을 제외시켜 배출구(2c)에 연결시켜 통하도록 설치하는 단계와,제 2 통로(3b)를 배풀구(2c)의 상기 나머지 부분에 연결시켜 통하도록 설치하는 단계와,제 1 플라스틱재료를 제 1 통로(3a)에 공급함과 동시에 제 2 플라스틱 재료를 제 2 통로(3b)에 공급함으로서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 플라스틱 재료를 포함하는 복합 패리슨(10)을 성형하는 단계로 구성되는 복합패리슨 성형방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 및 제 2 플라스틱 재료는 특성이 상이한 복합 패리슨 성형방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 제 1 및 제 2 플라스틱 재료중 하나는 비교적 유연하고 다른 하나는 비교적 강도가 큰 복합 패리슨 성형방법.
- 한쌍의 제 1 통로(3a) 및 제 2 통로(3b) 각각이 배출구 (2c)에 연결되어 통하도록 설치하는 제 1 단계와,제 1 플라스틱 재료를 제 1 통로(3a)에 공급하는 제 2 단계와,제 2 플라스틱 재료를 제 2 통로(3b)에 공급하는 제 3 단계와,일정시간 동안 상기 제 3 단계를 일시적으로 정지시키는 제 4 단계로 구성되는 복합 패리슨 성형방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 3 단계가 정지되는 일정시간 동안 상기 제 1 통로(3a)를 부분적으로 폐색시키는 제 5 단계를 갖춘 복합 패리슨 성형방법.
- 제 1 공급구(2a)로부터 배출구(2c)까지 연결시켜 통하게 한 제 1 통로(3a)와,제 2 공급구(2a)로부터 배출구(2c)까지 연결시켜 통하게 한 제 2 통로(3b)와,상기 제 1 공급구(2a)를 통하여 제 1 플라스틱 재료를 제 1 통로(3a)내로 공급하는 제 1 공급수단과,상기 제 2 공급구(2b)를 통하여 제 2 틀라스틱 재료를 제 2 연로(3b)내로 공급하는 제 2 공급수단과,상기 제 1 및 제 2 통로(3a),(3b)의 적어도 어느 하나의 일정 부분을 폐색시키는 폐색수단으로 구성되는 복합 패리슨 성형장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 제 1 및 제 2 통로(3a),(3b)가 형성되어 있는 주몸체와, 제 1 통로(3a)내에서 제 1 통로(3a)의 부분을 따라 뻗어 있는 굴대(5)로 구성되고,상기 굴대(5)는 제 1 통로(3a)가 상기 폐색 수단에 의하여 부분적으로 폐색되는 제 1 위치와 제 1 통로(3a)가 폐색수단에 의하여 부분적으로 폐색되지 않는 제 2 위치 사이에서 그 길이 방향을 따라 움직임이 자유롭고, 또한, 굴대(5)에는 폐색수단으로서의 역할을 하는 부분으로 융기부(5a)가 설치되어 있는 복합 패리슨 성형장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 주 몸체는 일정 거리에 걸쳐 제 1 통로(3a)내부로 돌출한 돌기부(3c)를 갖추고 있고, 이 돌기부(3c)는 상기 굴대(5)가 상기 제 1 위치에 있을때 상기 굴대(5)의 융기부(5a)와 접촉할수 있으며, 따라서 제 1 통로(3a)는 융기부(5a)와 돌기부(3c) 사이의 접촉에 의하여 정하여지는 양의 시간만큼 부분적으로 폐색되는 복합 패리슨 성형장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 또한 제 1 및 제 2 공급 수단과 폐색수단의 동작을 조절하기 위하여 제 1 및 제 2 공급수단 그리고 폐색수단에도 연결된 조절 수단으로 구성된 복합 패리슨 성형장치.
- 성형품의 일면으로부터 그 반대면에 이르기까지 뻗어 있는 성형품의 적어도 일정 부분은 제 1 플라스틱 재료로 구성되고 성형품의 나머지 부분은 제 2 플라스틱 재료로 구성되면서 적어도 두개의 상이한 재료로 되는 복합 패리슨(10)으로부터 원하는 형상으로 제조되는 플라스틱 성형품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 성형품은 복합 패리슨(10)을 블로우 성형하여 제조하는 플라스틱 성형품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 제 1 및 제 2 플라스틱 재료는 경도가 상이한 플라스틱 성형품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 제 1 및 제 2 플라스틱 재료는 열저항 특성이 상이한 플라스틱 성형품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 제 1 및 제 2 플라스틱 재료는 내마모 특성이 상이한 플라스틱 성형품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
