케토티펜 함유 약학적 조성물

제 1 도는 실시예 1에 대한 전형적인 방출속도를 나타내는 그래프.
제 2 도는 약품의 농도를 나타낸 그래프.
제 3 도는 실시예 1의 정제의 위약에 대한 참조의 배가된 값을 나타내는 그래프.

Claims (22)

  1. 일일 1회 투여형의 경구용 케토티펜 약학적 조성물.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 2mg의 케도티펜으로 구성된 조성물.
  3. 플라즈마내의 케토티펜의 평균 유지시간이 투여후 24내지 28시간이며 케토티펜으로 구성된 일일 1회 투여용 약학적 조성물.
  4. 안정화된 상테에서의 투여에 의하여비율이 1.2내지 2.4이고 케토티펜으로 구성된 일일 1회투여용 약학적 조성물.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 일일 2회 투여용으로 투여할 때 상대적인 Cmax가 0.5내지 1.3이고 상대적인 Cmin이 0.6내지 1.3인 약학적 조성물.
  6. 120분 뒤 pH가 6.8로 변하는 0.1N HCI 500㎖내에서 37℃의 120rpm으로 회선패들-방법에 의한 실험실내 케토티펜방출 속도가 다음과 같은 케토티펜으로 구성된 약학적 조성물.
    15분후 10-20%
    30분후 15-25%
    60분후 25-35%
    120분후 35-50%
    150분후 40-55%
    180분후 45-60%
  7. 500㎖의 증류수에서 37℃로 50rpm에 의한 회전패들 방법에 의할때 다음과 같은 실험실적 케토티펜 방출속도를 갖는 케토티팬으로 구성된 경구용 약학적 조성물.
    120분후 10-30%
    240분후 20-50%
    360분후 30-60%
    480분후 40-75%
    720분후 55-90%
    960분후 70-95%
    1440분후 80-100%
  8. 120분뒤 pH가 6.8로 변하는 0.1N의 HCI 500㎖내에서 37℃로 120rpm에 의한 회전 바스켓 방법에 의하여 다음과 같은 실험실적 케토티펜 방출속도를 갖는 케토티펜으로 구성된 경구용 약학적 조성물.
    15분후 5-20%
    30분후 10-25%
    60분후 15-40%
    120분후 25-60%
    180분후 35-70%
    240분후 40-75%
    300분후 45-80%
  9. 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한항에 있어서 하루 2번 투여되는 공지된 형에 비하여 상대적으로 안정한 상태의 생물학적 효능이 70내지 125%인 약학적 조성물.
  10. 친유성 물질내의 케토티펜을 함유하는 일일 1회 투여용 약학적 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 하루 2번 투여되는 공지된 형에 비하여 상대적으로 안정한 상태의 생물학적 효능이 70내지 125%인 약학적 조성물.
  12. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 친유성 물질이 지방인 약학적 조성물.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 지방이 글리세릴 팔리모스테아레이트인 약학적 조성물.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 지방이 혼합물이 형태인 약학적 조성물.
  15. 제 1 항 내지 제14항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 조성물이 정제조성물인 약학적 조성물.
  16. 제12항 내지 제14항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 케토티펜의 지방에 대한 비율이 1 : 10내지 1 : 30인 약학적 조성물.
  17. 제12항 내지 제16항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 케토티펜이 지방입자인 약학적 조성물.
  18. 제 1 항 내지 제17항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 케토티펜이 위약입자와의 혼합물인 약학적 조성물.
  19. 제17항 또는 제18항에 있어서, 케토티펜이 외부 유탁액상으로 피복된 약학적 조성물.
  20. 케토티펜과 글리세릴 팔미토스테아레이트를 함유하는 지방입자, 전분과 폴리비닐 피롤리돈을 함유하는 락토즈 위약입자와 마그네슘 스테아레이트를 함유하는 외상으로 구성된 약학적 조성물.
  21. 제 1 항 내지 제20항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 비-장용 피복의 정제형인 약학적 조성물.
  22. 실시예중 어느 하나에 서술된 경구투여용 케토티펜의 약학적 조성물.
