Claims (3)

  1. 회전용기가 설치되며 전체부품을 지지하는 본체와 상기 본체에 고착되어 회전용기 속으로 연장되어 있는 정지 강체의 아암을 구비하며, 상기 강체의 아암은 회전 나선체의 회전축에 평행하게 설치되어 있는 것에 있어서,
    상기 회전 나선체(8)의 회전축(9)에 근접하여 이와 평행하게 설치되어 있으며 나선체와 함께 회전하는 원통형 드럼(10)을 구비하며, 회전용기(6)로부터 반죽을 방출할 것이 요구될 때는 나선체(8)와 원통형드럼(90)이 역회전하도록 되어 있어 그 역회전에 의하여 반죽이 상향되어 측방으로 방출되도록 되어 있으며 또한 상기 본체(2)에 고착되어 있으며 방출되는 반죽을 지지하는 받침판(13)과, 상기 본체(2)에 고착되어 있으며 드럼(10)에 근접하게 설치되어 반죽을 드럼으로부터 분리시키는 반죽 분리 블레이드(14)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 반죽자동 방출 수단을 갖춘 재빵용 반죽기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반죽 받침판(13)은 용기(6)의 개구부(11)가 형성하는 가상적인 평면과 일치하며, 또한 용기의 개구부에 인접한 한 측부는 용기의 개구부와 같은반경과 형상을 가진 호형으로 된 것을 특징으로하는 반죽 자동 방출 수단을 갖춘 제빵용 반죽기.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반죽 분리 블레이드(14)는 그 일측이 상기 원통형 드럼(10)의 외면에 평행하게 되도록 근접되어 있으며, 블레이드의 타측은 그 단면이 원통형 드럼으로부터 외향으로 점점 줄어드는 경사부로된 것을 특징으로 하는 반죽자동 방출 수단을 갖춘 제빵용 반죽기.
