Claims (5)

  1. 판체의 뒷면에서 판체에 형성된 개구를 관통하고 그것의 면 너머에 돌출한 절단날을 가진 커터를 가지고 설치된 판체를 가진 절단판, 이송로우터의 상부에 고착된 호퍼를 포함하고, 상기 절단판 너머에 연장하게 절단판의 중앙구멍을 관통하는 회전축의 상부에 설치된 이송로우터 및 상기 회전축을 회전시키기 위하여 잘단판 밑에 배치된 구등부재와를 가진 식품절삭장치에 있어서, 절단판이 절단판밑의 베이스에 직립으로 일어서 있는 기둥에 설치된 프레임에 제거할 수 있게 설치되고, 프레임은 회전축을 회전하게 지지하고, 이송로우터가 회전축에 제거할 수 있게 고착되고, 후드가 프레임밑에 배치된 구등부재의 부위를 둘러싸기 위하여 베이스에 설치되고, 방출슈우트가 후드에 설치되어 이 방출슈우트는 프레임에 형성된 개구를 통하여 상부로 연장하게 통과하고, 절단판의 판체에 형성된 개구에 인접한 주변부에 대하여 접촉하는 상부단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품절삭장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 프레임은 방출슈우트가 통과하는 개구를 제외하고는 밀폐된 판의 형을 취하고, 그것에 의하여 후드의 정부개구를 밀폐하기 위한 누설방지판을 제공하며, 프레임은 하부로 연장하게 후드를 관통하는 배출파이프와 연결되는 것.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 원통형 에이프론이 방출슈우트를 둘러싸게 배치되고, 에이프론의 상부 및 하부단은 각기 프레임과 후드에 접촉하는 것.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 프레임은 그의 주변 모서리 부분에 수평방향으로 동일한 개구를 가지고 회전축을 위한 베어링 구멍의 중심에 관련하여 직경적으로 대향관계로 배치된 한쌍의 옆으로 U형의 돌기를 가지고 상기 프레임은 더우기 그의 주변 모서리 부분에 주위적으로 동간격인 다수의 돌기를 가지며, 상기 돌기의 각각은 내부로 낮은 계단부를 가지고 절단판의 판체는 상기 옆으로 U형의 돌기의 개구에 결합 또는 분리하는 한쌍의 외부로 돌출한 핀을 가지고, 더우기 핀이 상기 옆으로 U형의 돌기의 개구에 결합하였을때, 상기 돌기의 낮은 계단부에 안치되는 평탄부를 가지는 것.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 실질적으로 중앙개구를 가진 커버가 호퍼의 상부를 둘러싸게 프레임에 제거할 수 있게 설치되고, 열 수 있는 뚜껑이 그것의 중앙개구를 개폐하게 커버에 피벗적으로 설치되고 안전스위치가 프레임에 설치되고, 안전스위치는 뚜껑이 닫혔을때만 켜지고, 이송로우터를 회전시키기 위하여 구동부재에 연결되는 것.
