Claims (8)

  1. 용기와, 이 용기 내부로 삽입 설치되는 회전축과, 상기 회전축의 중심선과 상기 용기의 내벽 및 상기 용기 내의 피교반 물질의 표면으로 형성되는 단면적에 60%이상 되는 면적을 가지며, 상기 회전축의 중심선에 정확하게 평행되는 식으로 상기 회전축의 측면에 장착되는 평판형 날개와, 상기 회전축의 상기 중심선에 대하여 소정의 경사각도로서 상기 회전축의 측면에 장착되는 경사형 날개로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 교반장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 평판형 날개의 적어도 하나와 상기 경사형 날개의 다수개를 상기 회전축에 장착시켜 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 교반장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 경사형 날개는 스크류형의 형상으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 교반장치.
  4. 유체 공급구와 유체 배출구를 구비한 원통형 용기와, 상기 용기 내부로 동축상으로 삽입 설치되는 회전축과, 상기 회전축의 중심선에 평행되는 식으로 상기 회전축의 측면에 장착되는 다수의 평판형 날개와 상기 다수의 평판형 날개와 한 조를 형성하도록 상기 중심선에 대하여 경사지게 상기 회전축의 측면에 장착되는 다수의 경사형 날개를 구비한 교반수단과, 상기 교반수단 사이에 배설되고 상기 용기를 종방향으로 구획시키는 구획수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 교반식 탑형 중합반응장치.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 구획수단은 다공판을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 교반식 탑형 중합 반응장치.
  6. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 구획수단은 튜우브와, 튜우브 고정판과 외곽체를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 교반식 탑형 중합반응장치.
  7. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 구획수단은 코일 튜우브를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 교반식 탑형 중합반응장치.
  8. 제 4 항 내지 제 7 항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 경사형 날개는 스크류형의 형상으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 교반식 탑형 중합반응장치.
