Abstract

Amasadora para la fabricación de pan con extracción automática de la rasa, que comprende un cuerpo principal que define la estructura resistente y soporte de un recipiente o cazuela giratoria, en cuya estructura va solidario un brazo rígido y estático que queda introducido parcialmente y en sentido axial en el recipiente y es paralelo a una hélice giratoria; caracterizada porque paralelo al eje cilíndrico de la hélice y próximo al mismo; va dispuesto un tambor cilíndrico giratorio en el mismo sentido que la hélice, de manera, que cuando se desea extraer la masa del recipiente se invierte el giro de la hélice y tambor, siendo el propio sentido de giro de estos dos elementos el que expulsa lateralmente la masa que es guiada por el giro del tambor y soportada por un elemento apropiado solidario a la estructura; y porque en la extracción automática de la masa ésta se separa del tambor por medio de una cuchilla próxima al mismo y fijada convenientemente a la estructura de la amasadora.
