Claims (15)

  1. (1) 평균 밀도가 0.890∼0.915g/㎤이고 (a) 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체를 주체로한 에틸렌계 중합체와 (b) 상기 에틸렌계중합체 (a)의 1종 이상에 실란을 그라프트하여 얻는 실란-그라프트 중합체와의 에틸렌계 중합체 수지혼합물 100중량부, 그리고 (2) 수화금속 화합물 50∼300중량부로 된 난연성 올레핀계 수지조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, α-올레핀이 프로필렌, 부텐-1, 펜텐-1, 4-메틸펜텐-1, 헥센 또는 옥텐임을 특징으로 하는 난연성 올레핀계 수지조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체가 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 또는 초저밀도 폴리에틸렌임을 특징으로 하는 난연성 올레핀계 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 실탄-그라프트 중합체는 자유 라디칼 발생 화합물 존재하에 상기 에틸렌계 중합체 (a)중 1종 이상을 일반식 RR′SiY2[식중, R은 1가의 올레핀계 불포화 탄화수소기이고 ; Y는 가수분해성 유기기이고 ; R′는 불포화 지방족 탄화수소기를 제외한 1가의 탄화수소기이거나 Y와 동일함]로 표시되는 유기실탄과 반응시켜서 수득됨을 특징으로 하는 난연성 올레핀계 수지 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 수화금속화합물은 분해 개시온도가 150℃~450℃이고 일반식 MmOn·XH2O[식중, M은 금속이고 ; m 및 n은 각각 금속의 원자가에 의하여 결정되는 1이상의 정수이고 ; X는 결합된 물분자의 수임]로 표시되는 화합물 또는 이 화합물을 함유하는 복염임을 특징으로 하는 난연성 올레핀계 수지조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 수화금속 화합물은 1종 이상의 실란 커플링제, 실리콘 유도체, 지방산 또는 지방산 금속염으로 표면 처리되어져 있음을 특징으로 하는 난연성 올레핀계 수지 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 실란 커플링제는 일반식 RR′SiY2[식중, R은 유기 작용기이고 ; Y는 가수 분해성 유기기이고 ; R′는 불포화지방족 탄화수소기를 제외한 1가의 탄화수소기이거나 Y와 동일함]로 표시됨을 특징으로 하는 난연성 올레핀계 수지 조성물.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 실리콘 유도체는 디메틸 폴리실옥산의 일부를 작용기, 가수 분해성기 등으로 치환하여 수득되는 변성유기 폴리실옥산임을 특징으로 하는 난연성 올레핀계 수지 조성물.
  9. 제6항 있어서, 지방산은 일반식 RCOOH[식중, R은 탄소 원자수 3∼40의 포화 또는 불포화쇄구조임]로 표시되는 1가 카르복실산임을 특징으로 하는 난연성 올레핀계 수지 조성물.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 지방산 금속염은 일반식 RCOOH[식중, R은 탄소 원자수 3∼40인 포화 또는 불포화쇄구조임]로 표시되는 1가 카르복실산의 알칼리 금속염이고 일반식 RCOOM[식중, R은 상기 정의와 동일하고, M은 알칼리 금속원자임]으로 표시됨을 특징으로 하는 난연성 올레핀계 수지 조성물.
  11. 제5항에 있어서, M은 주기율표의 제IA, ⅡA, ⅡB, ⅢA, ⅣA, 및 ⅣB족의 금속으로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 난연성 올레핀계 수지 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, M이 주기율표의 제ⅡA족의 금속으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 난연성 올레핀수지 조성물.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, M이 주기율표의 제ⅢA족의 금속으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 난연성 올레핀수지 조성물.
  14. 제5항에 있어서, 수화금속 화합물이 산화마그네슘 2수화물임을 특징으로 하는 난연성 올레핀 수지 조성물.
  15. 제5항에 있어서, 수화금속 화합물이 산화 알루미늄 3수화물임을 특징으로 하는 난연성 올레핀 수지 조성물.
