Claims (13)
- (a) 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체류, 에틸렌-에틸렌아크릴레이트 공중합체 및 에틸렌-메틸 메타크릴레이트 공중합체로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 에틸렌 공중합체, (b) 실란을 올레핀계 수치에 그래프트화시켜 수득된 실란-그래프화 중합체, (c) 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 공중합체 또는 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체의 말레산 또는 말레산 무수물 유도체(d) (i) 에틸렌-에틸 아크릴레이트-말레산 무수물 공중합체 또는 에틸렌-메틸 메타크릴레이트-말레산 무수물 공중합체, 또는 (d)(ii) 반응성 폴리오르가노실록산을 열가소성 수지에 그래프트-중합시켜서 수득된 실리코운-개질 중합체, 또는(d) (iii) (d) (i) 및 (d) (ii)의 혼합물, 및 (e) 함수금속 화합물로 구성되며, 성분(a) 및 (b)의 100중량부를 모두 기준으로 하는여 성분(c)를 0.1∼30중량부로, 성분 (d) (i)를 사용할때는 0.1∼30중량부로, 성 분 (d) (ii)를 사용할때는 0.1 ∼30중량부로, 및 성분(e)를 50-300중량부로 혼입시킴을 특징으로 하는 방염성 올레핀계 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체류의 α-올레핀의 프로필렌, 부텐-1, 펜텐-1, 헥센-1, 헵텐-1, 옥텐-1,4-메틸펜텐-1,4-메틸헥센-1,4,4-디메틸펜텐-1, 노넨-1, 데켄-1, 운덴켄-1 및 도데켄-1로 구성된 군에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방염성 올레핀계 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실란으로 그래프화되는 에틸렌계 수지는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌-α-폴레핀 공중합체류, 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체, 에틸렌-에틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌-메틸 마타크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌-프로필렌 고무, 및 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 고무류로 구성된 군에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방염성 올레핀계 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 실란-그래프트화 중합체는 올레핀계 수지를 자유-라디칼 발생 화합물의 존재하에 일반식 RR′SiY2로 표현되는 유기실란(식중에서, R은 1가 올레핀계 불포화 탄화수소기 ; Y는 가수분해 가능한 유기기 ; 및 R′는 불포화 지방족 탄화수소기 이외의 1가 탄화수소기이거나 또는 Y와 동일함)과 반응시켜 수득됨을 특징으로 하는 방염성 올레핀계 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실란-그래프트화 중합체를 성분(a) 및 (b)의 100중량부당 적어도 2중량부의 양으로 혼입함을 특징으로 하는 방염성 올레핀계 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실란-그래프트화 중합체의 교차 결합도는 크실렌 불용분으로 정의되는 겔 분류분의 항으로 20~80중량%임을 특징으로 하는 방염성 올레핀계 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 반응성 폴리오르가노실록산이 그래프트-중합되어지는 열가소성 수지는 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체류, 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체, 에틸렌-에틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌-메틸 마타크릴레이트 공중합체, 폴리스티렌 및 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체로 구성된 군에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방염성 올레핀계 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 함수 금속 화합물은 150~450℃의 분해-출발 온도를 가지며 일반식 MmOn·XH2O(식중 M은 금속 ; m 및 n은 각각은 급속의 공유가에 의해 결정되는 1이상의 정수 ; 및 X는 결합수의 분자수임)으로 표현되는 화합물이거나 또는 전술한 화합물을 함유하는 이중염 임을 특징으로 하는 방염성 올레핀계 수지 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, M은 주기율표 IA, IIA, IIB, IIIA, IVA 및 IVB족의 금속에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방염성 올레핀계 수지 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, M은 주기율표의 IIA족의 금속에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방염성 올레핀계 수지 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, M은 주기율표의 IIIA족의 금속에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방염성 올레핀계 수지 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 함수 금속 화합물은 산화마그네슘 1수화물임을 특징으로 하는 방염성 올레핀계 수지 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 함수 금속 화합물은 산화 알루미늄 3수화물임을 특징으로 하는 방염성 올레핀계 수지 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
