제3도는 Ⅵ와 부분적으로 탈왁스화된 두가지 탈왁스화된 윤활류의 유동점과의 관계를 도시한 그래프.
Claims (10)
- 공지된 탈왁스화 조건의 온도와 압력하에서 수소의 존재하에 실리카 : 알루미나의 비율이 최소한 10 : 1로 구성된 최소한 하나의 커다란 기공의 제올라이트와 수소화-탈수소화 성분으로 구성된 탈화수소화 촉매를 사용하여 왁스성의 파라핀 성분을 함유하는 윤활류 베이스 스톡을 접촉식 탈왁스화하여 왁스성의 파라핀 성분을 상대적으로 왁스성분이 적은 이소파라핀으로 이성체화 시킴으로서 목적하는 유동점과 높은 점도 지수 Ⅵ를 갖는 윤활류 오일 스톡을 제조하는 공정에 있어서, 왁스성분을 부분적으로 제거하여 목적하는 유동점도막 최소한 6℃ 이상의 유동점을 갖는 중간 물질을 생성하고 이소-파라핀 성분에 대하여 선택적으로 직쇄, 왁스성 파라핀 성분을 제거하므로서 중간 생성물을 선택적으로 탈왁스하여 목적하는 유동점과 높은 점도 지수를 갖는 윤활류 오일 스톡을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활류 제조공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비-왁스성 이소파라핀 성분의 뚜렷한 감소없이 선택적 탈왁스에 의하여 왁스성 파라핀을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활류 제조공정.
- 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중간 생성물의 유동점이 최종목적 유동점의 최소한 12℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활류 제조공정.
- 상기 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중간 생성물의 유동점이 최종목적 유동점의 최소한 6℃ 이상으로 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활류 제조공정.
- 상기 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중간 생성물의 유동점이 최종목적 유동점이 최소한 12℃ 이상으로 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활류 제조공정.
- 상기 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용매탈왁스화에 의해 중간 생성물로부터 왁스성 파라핀이 선택적으로 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활류 제조공정.
- 상기 1내지 5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, ZSM-5와 최소한 같은 정도의 탈왁스화 선택도를 갖는 형태-선택적 촉매로서 중간 생성물을 형태-선택적 접촉식 탈왁스화하여 왁스성 파라핀을 선택적으로 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활류 제조공정.
- 제7항에 있어서, 형태-선택적 탈왁스화 촉매가 제한지수가 최소한 8 이상이고 n-헥산의 흡착이 50℃에서 10중량% 이하, 시클로헥산의 흡착이 50℃에서 최소한 5중량% 이하인 중간크기 기공의 제올라이트로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활류 제조공정.
- 제7항에 있어서, 형태-선택적 탈왁스화 촉매가 ZSM-22, ZSM-23, ZSM-35 또는 TMA-오프레타이트로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활류 제조공정.
- 제1항에서 5항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이성체화 탈왁스화 촉매가 제올라이트 베타이고 중간 생성물에 남아있는 왁스성분이 ZSM-23으로 구성된 촉매에 의하여 선택적으로 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활류 제조공정.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
