Claims (4)

  1. 첫째로 안트라퀴논염료, 인디고이드염료 및 프탈로시아닌 염료로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 밧트염료를 알카리 수용액 매체에서 교반 및 가열하여 콜로이드 분산액을 만들고, 이어서 미세하게 분할된 밧트염료를 류코염기 용액을 형성하도록 환원시키고, 조기산화를 제거하는 조건하에서 이용액에 미세하게 분할된 기재를 넣고, 류코염기를 밧트염료로 산화시키기 위하여 산화제를 가하여 기재에 침전 및 피복시키고, 산화후에 알카리 혼합물에 과잉의 강산을 가하고, 염료로 피복된 기재를 분리, 세척 및 건조시켜 불용성이며 안전한 안료염료를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 밧트염료를 순수 염료로 단지 약 40 내지 70중량%의 양을 함유한 불순한 형태로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 불용성이며 안전한 안료염료의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 피복될 기재로 사용되는 것이 이산화티탄 또는 다른 금속산화물, 균산무수물, 활석 및 카오린과 같은 규산마그네슘 및 알루미늄 또는 금속산화물로 피복된 운모인 것을 특징으로 하는 불용성이며 안전한 안료염료의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산화시키기 위해서 처음에 공기를 교반해서 넣고, 산화를 신속히 그리고 또는 완결시키기 위해 과산화수소 또는 오존화 공기를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 불용성이며 안전한 안료염료의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밧트염료 대 기재의 비율이 약 1 : 1 내지 1 : 20인 것을 특징으로 하는 불용성이며 안전한 안료염료의 제조방법.
