Claims (9)

  1. 하기식(I)의 화합물, A가 카르복실일 때 카르복시부의 저급 카르복실레이트 에스테르, (저급)알킬아미노(저급)알킬 카르복실레이트 에스테르, 약학적 허용(저급)알킬 아미노(저급) 알킬 카르복실레이트 에스테르산-부가염 및 약학적 허용 카르복실레이트 염으로부터 선택된 유도체 또는 A가 테트라졸릴 일 때 테트라졸릴 부의 약학적 허용 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 토금속 염으로부터 선택된 유도체.
    상기식에서, R은 각각, 수소, 저급알킬, 저급알콕시, 할로겐(툭히, Cl, F), 아미노, 저급 알킬아미노, 저급디알킬 아미노, 히드록시, 저급 아실아미도, 트리플루오로 메틸, 벤조일옥시, 카르복시, 또는 R이 저급알킬 카르복실레이트 에스테르, (저급)알킬아미노(저급)알킬 에스테르, 약학적 허용(저급) 알킬 아미노(저급)에스테르 산부가염으로부터 선택된 카르복시인 화합물의 카르복시 유도체이며; n은 0, 1, 2 또는 3인데, n이 2 또는 3인 경우 R 치환체중 하나는 카르복시이며, n이 3 또는 3인 경우 모든 치환체는 6개이하의 탄소원자를 함유함을 조건으로 하며; Z는 탄소-탄소 결합, 1 내지 8개의 탄소원자의 2가 알킬 및 2 내지 8개의 탄소원자의 2가의 알킬렌인데, 알킬 또는 알킬렌인 경우, Z는 메틸 또는 페닐에 의해 임의적으로 치환되며 에테르, 티오에테르 또는 페닐렌 결합을 함유하며; A는 카르복시, 테트라졸릴 및 N-메틸테트라졸릴로부터 선택되는데, Z가 탄소-탄소 결합인 경우 A는 카르복시이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각 R이 수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 5-(3,5-디-t-부틸-4-히드록시-N-페닐아닐리노)-5-옥소 펜타논산, 4-(3,5-디-t-부틸-4-히드록시)-N-페닐아닐리노)-4-옥소부타논 산, N-(3,5-디-t-부틸-4-히드록시페닐)-N-페닐-2-카르복시페닐아세트아미드, N-(3-카르복시페닐)-N-(3,5-디-t-부틸-4-히드록시페닐)석시남 산, 4-[N-(3,5-디-t-부틸-4-히드록시페닐)-N-페닐카르바모일]-3-메틸 부티르사너 및 N-(3,5-디-t-부틸-4-히드록시페닐)-N-페닐말레안산으로부터 선택된 화합물.
  4. 포유 동물에서 항알레르기성 응답을 얻기 위한 유효양의 상기 제1항의 화합물 및 약학적 허용 부형제로 구성된 항알레르기성 약학적 조성물.
  5. 기관지 협착을 억제하기 위한 유효량의 상기 제1항의 화합물을 포유 동물에 투여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포유 동물에서 항알레르기 응답에 의해 기관지 협착을 억제하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 화합물은 인할레이숀에 의해 투여되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 화합물은 경구 투여 방식에 의해 투여되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 류코트리엔 합성을 억제하기 위한 유효양의 상기 제1항의 화합물을 포유동물에 투여하는 것으로 구성되는 포유동물에서 류코트리엔 합성을 억제하는 방법.
  9. 리폭시게나아제 활성을 억제하기 위한 유효양의 상기 제1항의 화합물을 상기 포유동물에 투여하는 것으로 구성되는 포유 동물의 리폭시게나아제 활성을 억제하는 방법.
