항과민성 및 항기관지경련성 N-벤즈히드릴 디아자시클로 알킬알칸 아닐리드의 제조 방법

Claims (3)

  1. N-벤즈히드릴 피페라진(Ⅱ)을 적당한 용매 중에서 50∼100℃의 온도로 수시간 동안 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아크릴로일아닐리드 유도체 또는 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물과 반응시키고, 수득된 생성물을 분리 및 정제함을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물, 그의 이 성질체 혼합물, 각 거울상 이성질체 및 약학적으로 수용 가능한 그 염의 제조방법.
    (식중, R은 수소 또는 1∼4 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬이고, A-는 1∼4 탄소원자를 갖는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬이며, R1및 R2는 각각 수소, 아미노, 알킬아미노, 디알킬아미노, 알킬기에 1∼4 탄소원자를 갖는 모노 및 디(히드록시 알킬) 아미노, 모르폴리노, 피페리디노, N-알킬 피페라지노, 1,3-디티올란-2-일리덴아미노 및 N-알킬 우레이도이고, R3및 R4는 수소 또는 저급알킬이며, n은 1∼5의 숫자이다).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 목적 생성물이 3-(4-벤즈히드릴-1-피페라지닐)-N,4-디에틸 아미노페닐 프로피온 아미드, 3-(4-벤즈히드릴-1-피페라지닐)-N,4-(1-모르폴리노) 페닐프로피온 아미드, 3-(4-벤즈히드릴-1-피페라지닐)-N,4-(1-피페리디노) 페닐프로피온 아미드, 3-(4-벤즈히드릴-1-피페라지닐)-N,3-디메틸 아미노페닐프로피온 아미드, 3-(4-벤즈히드릴-1-피페라지닐)-N,4-디메틸 아미노페닐 프로피온 아미드, 3-(4-벤즈히드릴-1-피페라지닐)-N-메틸-N,4-디메틸 아미노페닐프로피온 아미드, 3-(4-벤즈히드릴-1-피페라지닐)-N-(4, 비스-(2-히드록시에틸)아미노페닐 프로피온 아미드, 3-(4-벤즈히드릴-1-피페라지닐)-N,4-디메틸 아미노페닐부티르 아미드, 3-(4-벤즈히드릴-1-피페라지닐)-N,4-(4-메틸-1-피페라지닐) 페닐프로피온 아미드, 3-(4-벤즈히드릴-1-피페라지닐)-N,4-(1-이미다졸릴) 페닐프로피온 아미드, 3-(4-벤즈히드릴-1-피페라지닐)-N,3-아미노페닐 프로피온 아미드, 3-(4-벤즈히드릴-1-피페라지닐)-N,4-아미노페닐 프로피온 아미드, 3-(4-벤즈히드릴-1-피페라지닐)-N,4-메틸우레이도 페닐프로피온 아미드, 3-(4-벤즈히드릴-1-피페라지닐)-N,4-디메틸아미노페닐 부티르아미드, 3-(4-벤즈히드릴-1-피페라지닐)-N,3-메틸아미노 페닐프로피온 아미드, 3-(4-벤즈히드릴-1-피페라지닐)-N,4-메틸아미노 페닐프로피온 아미드, 3-(4-벤즈히드릴-1-피페라지닐)-N,3-아미노페닐-N-메틸프로피온 아미드, 3-(4-벤즈히드릴-1-피페라지닐)-N,3-(1,2-디티올란-2-일를덴) 아미노페닐프로피온 아미드, 2-메틸-3(4-벤즈히드릴-1-피페라지닐) -N,4-디메틸아미노 페닐프로피온 아미드인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 용매가 디메틸포름아미드, 톨루엔 또는 크실렌중에서 선택된 방법.
