Claims (6)
- 펌프에 의해 전달되는 건축재료를 송급하는 운송파이프 또는 호스의 단부에, 운송파이프는 노즐로서 고안된 방출단부와 압축공기 공급파이프의 개구부를 지지하며 마주보게 위치된 단부를 지니고 상기 두 단부를 사이에서 개방된 파이프는 밀도가 큰 흐름을 압축공기의 흐름으로 도입시키는 파이프로된 마우스피스(mouth piece)를 지니며, 활성제가 건축재료를 활성화시키도록 적어도 하나의 공급 파이프를 통하여 건축재료에 첨가되고, 배출되는 건축재료의 흐름은 유연성있는 운송관부분으로 향해지는, 장치에 있어서, 압축공기공급 파이프와 운송파이프 또는 호스(2) 각각에 결합되는 부분을 지니는 마우스피스(8)가 바닥에 놓여 배치되며 조종하는 관부분(19)은 마우스피스(8)의 배출단부(17)에 연결되어 있으며, 활성제 공급 파이프(25-29)는 방출구(31) 바로 앞에서 개방되어 있으며 조종관부분(19)의 자유단(22,23)에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는, 밀도가 큰 흐름으로 유체역학적으로 운송되는 수경성의 공기취입된 콘크리트 또는 몰타르와 같은 경화건축재료를 공압에 의해 방출하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조종관부부(19,20)에서 첨가된 첫째 활성제와 함께 건축재료의 경화를 활성화시키는 두번째 활성제용 공급파이프(12)가 압축공기 공급파이프(13)의 개구부를 지지하는 마우스피스(8)의 운송파이프단부(9)로 개방되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 압축공기 공급파이프와 운송파이프 또는 호스(2) 각각에 연결되는 부분(13, 14)을 지닌 마우스피스(8)와 두번째 활성제용 공급 파이프(12)는 방출되는 건축재료로 형성되거나 피복되는 구조물의 바닥 또는 지상에 놓여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 압축공기 공급파이프와 운송파이프 또는 호스(2) 각각에 연결되는 부분(13, 14)을 지닌 마우스피스와 두번째 활성제용 공급 파이프(12)는 작업대의 하부구조물에 또는 작업 바구니의 마스트에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조종관은, 활성제가 반경방향으로 송급되는 조인트(25)에 연결되고 방출구(31)를 지니는 파이프(30)와 유연성있는 호스(19)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 두 번째 활성재용 공급파이프(12)는 압축공기용 공급파이프(13)에 침입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
