Claims (3)
- (a) 분쇄할 재료는 먼저 로울밀(1)의 갭(9)에서 베드분쇄하며, (b) 파쇄된 덩어리는 필요하면 로울(1)의 후속으로 배설된 제2밀(2)에서 더 분쇄하며, (c) 제2밀(2)에서 배출된 재료는 시프터에 의하여 걸러지며, 이렇게 얻어진 그리트(13)는 분쇄장치로 되돌아 가며, (d) 신재료(20)의 투입량은 되돌아온 그리트(13)의 양의 기능에 따라 조정되며, 따라서 신재료 투입 양과 그리트양의 합계는 일정하게 유지되는 시멘트 클링커와 같은 재료를 분쇄하는 2단 분쇄방법에 있어서, (e) 로울밀(1)의 로울(7),(8)은 일정속도로 회전하며 (f) 시프터에서 얻어진 그리트(13)의 일부(16)는 로울밀(1)로 배출되며, 일부(15)는 후속밀(2)로 배출되며, (g) 로울밀(1)로 배출된 그리트(13)의 양(16)은 신재료(20)의 투입량이 변동되어도 거의 일정 투입레벨이 로울밀의 분배샤프트(6)에서 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분쇄방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 신재료(20)의 투입분의 입자 크기는 로울갭(9)보다 크며, 따라서 이 로울갭에 있어서, 처음에 분쇄할 재료분은 개별입자분쇄가 행하여 지며, 그 다음에 베드분쇄가 행하여지는 상기 방법.
- (a) 투입 레벨을 감시하기 위한 장치(22)를 가진 분배샤프트(6)가 설치된 로울밀(1)과 (b) 로울밀(1)의 후속으로 배열된 제2밀(2)과 (c) 제2밀에서 배출된 재료를 걸르기 위한 최소한 1개의 시프터(3)와 (d) 시프터에서 분쇄장치까지 얻어진 그리트(13)를 배출하기 위한 장치와 (e) 신재료와 그리트의 합계량이 일정하게 되도록 되돌아 온 그리트(13)양의 기능에 따라 신재료(20)의 투입양을 조정하는 레귤레이터(17)로 이루어지는 2단분쇄장치에 있어서, (f) 로울밀(1)의 최소한 1개의 로울(7),(8)에는 일정속도의 구동장치(25),(26)가 설치되어 있으며, (g) 디스트리뷰터(14)에는 시프터에서 얻어진 그리트(13)의 조정가능분의 일부는 로울밀(1)로 또 일부는 후속 제2밀(2)로 배출하는 수단이 설치되어 있으며, (h) 또한 레귤레이터(21)는 디스트리뷰터(14)에 의하여 신재료 투입물이 변동되어도 로울밀(1)의 분배샤프트에 거의 일정한 투입레벨이 유지되도록 로울밀(1)에 분배된 그리트(13)분을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2단 분쇄장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
