Claims (9)

  1. 시클릭 포스파젠의 프로모페녹시 유도체, 또는 N,N'-에틸렌-비스-(테트라브로모프탈이미드), 브롬화펄리스티텐 / 테카브로모디페닐 옥사이드, 테트라브로모크실렌, 브롬화폴리(페닐린 옥사이드) 혹은 옥타브로모디페닐 옥사이드의 브롬화 방향족 화합물과 시클릭 포스파젠의 아릴옥시 유도체의 혼합물인 고체 불꽃 지연제 및 디시클로펜타디엔으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 치환반응촉매로 중합화될 수 있는 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고체물꽃 지연제는 시클릭 포시파젠의 브로모페녹시 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 시클릭 포스파펜의 블로모페녹시 유도체는 헥사키스-(4-브로모페녹시)시클로트리포스파겐 및 옥타키스-(4-브로모페녹시)시클로테트라포스파겐의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 고체불꽃 지연체는 시클릭 포스파겐의 아릴옥시 유도체와 브롬화 방향족 화합물의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 시클릭 포스파겐의 아릴옥시 유도체는 헥사페녹시 시클로트리포스파겐 및 옥타페녹시 시클로테트라포스파젠의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 브롬화 방향족 화합물은 N, N'-에틸렌-비스(테트라 브로모프탈이미드)인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 브롬화 방향족 화합물은 데카브로모디페닐 옥사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 반응물 스트림중 하나가 상기 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한항에서 청구된 조성물에 사용된 고체불꽃 지연제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감속제 및 치환반응 촉매시스템의 활성제를 함유하는 스트림, 촉매시스템의 촉매를 함유하는 스트림 및 반응혼합물을 형성하기 위한 0%내지 10%의 올레핀 모노머 및 디시클로펜타디엔을 함유한 스트림의 여러 반응물 스트림의 여러 반응물 스트림을 혼합하고 중합화가 일어나는 성형기속으로 반응혼합물을 즉시 사출하는 단계로 구성되는 열경화성 중합체의 제조방법.
  9. 열경화성 중합체를 제조하는데 유용한 고체불꽃 지연제를 중합체에 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디시클로펜타디엔 및 0%내지 10%의 중합성 올레핀 모노머로 구성된 열경화성 중합체.
