Claims (6)
- (A) 일반식ZrXaA4-a(식중에서, X 및 A는 서로 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 염소, 브롬, 요오드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 할로겐 원자이고, a는 0 또는 1-4의 정수이다)로 표시되는 할로겐화 지르코늄,(B-a) 일반식AlR1.5Q1.5(식중에서, R은 탄소수 1-20의 알킬기이고, Q는 염소, 브롬, 요오드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 할로겐 원자이며, R과 Q는 각각 임의로 두종류 또는 그 이상의 알킬기 및 할로겐 원자의 조합일 수도 있다)로 표시되는 첫번째의 알킬 알루미늄 화합물 및,(B-b) 일반식AlR'bQ'3-b(식중에서, R'는 탄소수 1-20의 알킬기이고, Q'는 염소, 브롬, 요오드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 할로겐 원자이며, R'와 Q'는 각각 임의로 두종류 또는 그 이상의 알킬기 및 할로겐 원자의 조합일 수도 있고, b는 1,2 또는 3이다)로 표시되는 두번째의 알킬 알루미늄 화합물로 이루어지는 혼합물과, 유황화합물, 인화합물 및 질소화합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 배위자(ligand) 화합물로 구성되는 촉매제의 존재하에, 에틸렌을 올리고머화시켜 선상 α-올레핀 화합물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 성분(A),(B-a) 및 (B-b)로 이루어지고, (1) 성분(A)인 할로겐화 지르코늄의 농도가 용매 1l에 대하여 40-140밀리몰의 범위이며, (2) 촉매제의 제조 온도는, 용매가 방향족 탄화수소 화합물인 경우에는 40-75℃의 범위, 용매가 지환족 탄화수소 화합물인 경우에는 50-100℃의 범위이고, (3) 촉매제의 제조 시간은 10분에서 8시간의 범위이며, (4) 성분 (A),(B-a) 및 (B-b)가 성분(B-b)인 두번째의 알킬알루미늄의 도입에 앞서서, 성분(A)인 할로겐화 지르코늄 화합물과 성분(B-a)인 첫번개의 알킬 알루미늄 화합물을 접촉시키지 않도록하는 순서로 도입되는 공정으로 제조되는 촉매계를 사용하는 것으로서 이루어지는 선상 α-올레핀의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A),(B-a) 및 (B-b)가, 먼저 성분(A)인 할로겐화 지르코늄 화합물을 도입한 다음, 성분(B-b)인 두번째의 알킬 알루미늄 화합물을 도입하고, 최종적으로 성분(B-a)인 첫번째의 알킬 알루미늄 화합물을 도입하는 순서로 투입되는 선상 α-올레핀의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A),(B-a) 및 (B-b)가, 먼저 성분(A)인 할로겐화 지르코늄 화합물을 도입한 다음, 성분(B-a)인 첫번째의 알킬 알루미늄 화합물과 성분(B-b)인 두번째의 알킬 알루미늄 화합물을 혼합물로서 동시에 도입하는 순서로 투입되는 선상 α-올레핀의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A),(B-a) 및 (B-b)가, 성분(B-a)인 첫번째의 알킬 알루미늄 화합물과 성분(B-b)인 두번째의 알킬 알루미늄 화합물을 도입한 후, 성분(A)인 할로겐화 지르코늄 화합물을 도입하는 순서로 투입되는 선상 α-올레핀의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A),(B-a) 및 (B-b)가, 먼저 성분(B-b)인 두번째의 알킬 알루미늄 화합물을 도입한 다음, 성분(A)인 할로겐화 지르코늄 화합물로 도입하고, 최종적으로 성분(B-a)인 첫번째의 알킬 알루미늄 화합물을 도입하는 순서로 투입되는 선상 α-올레핀의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A),(B-a) 및 (B-b)가, 먼저 성분(B-b)인 두번째의 알킬 알루미늄 화합물을 도입한 다음, 성분(B-a)인 첫번째의 알킬 알루미늄 화합물을 도입하고, 최종적으로 성분(A)인 할로겐화 지르코늄 화합물을 도입하는 순서로 투입하되는 선상 α-올레핀의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
