Claims (8)

  1. A)일반식(Ⅱ)의 2-퍼플루오알킬에탄올을 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물에 대하여 2 내지 5중량%의 N-메틸피롤리돈 존재하에서 톨릴렌 디이소시아네이트와(1.8 내지2):1의 몰 비율로 반응시켜 제조할 수 있는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 비스-(2-플루오로알킬-에톡시-카보닐아미노)-톨루엔을 적어도 하나 이상 함유하는생성물 2%; B)적어도 하나 이상의 일반식(Ⅲ)의 유화제 b%; C)적어도 하나 이상의 일반식(Ⅳ)의 비이온성 유화제 c%; 및 D)용매 또는 용매 혼합물 d%(상기에서, a는 5내지 25의 수이고, b는 1내지 14의 수이며, c는 1내지 14의 수이고, d는 5 내지 30의 수인데, b와 c는 합(b+c)이 2 내지 15가 되도록 선택한다)를 함유하는 음이온성 수성분산액
    (Ⅰ)
    YCF₂-(CF₂)n-CH₂CH₂OH (Ⅱ)
    YCF₂(CF₂)p-CH₂C₂O-CO-NH-CH₂CH₂-SSO₃X (Ⅲ)
    YCF₂-(CF₂)q-CH₂CH₂-(OCH₂CH₂)r-OH (Ⅳ)
    상기 식에서, n,p 및 q는 각각 독립적으로 5 내지 15의 수이고; r은 0 내지 10의 수이고; Y는 -H 또는 -F이고; X는 1가의 양이온이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, b가 1 내지 9이고, c가 1 내지 9이며, 이때, b와 c는 합(b+c)이 2 내지 12가 되도록 선택되고/거나, d가 10 내지 25인 음이온성 수성분산액.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 2-퍼플루오로알킬에탄올을 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물에 대하여 2 내지 3.5중량%의 N-메틸피롤리돈 존재하에서 톨루엔디이소시아네이트와(1.8 내지 2):1의 몰 비율로 반응시켜 제조할 수 있는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 비스-(2-플루오토알킬에톡시-카보닐아미노)-톨루엔을 적어도 하나 이상 함유하는 생성물을 함유하는 음이온성 수성 분산액.
    (Ⅰ)
    YCF₂-(CF₂)>SB>n>/SB>-CH₂CH₂OH (Ⅱ)
    상기 식에서, n은 5 내지 15의 수이고; Y는 -H 또는 -F이다.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ),(Ⅱ),(Ⅲ)및/또는(Ⅳ)의 화합물에서 Y가 -F이고/거나; 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물에서 n이 5 내지 11 바람직하게는 7 내지 11이고/거나; 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물에서 P가 5 내지 11, 바람직하게는 7 내지 11이고/거나; 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물에서 q가 5 내지 11, 바람직하게는 7 내지 11이고, r이 4 내지 8인 음이온성 수성 분산액.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분산액이 디에틸렌글리콜 또는 디프로필렌글리콜의(C₁ 내지 C₄)모노알킬-또는 티알킬-에테르를 적어도 하나 이상 함유하고/거나, 1 내지 5중량%의 이소프로판을 글리콜 및/또는 글리세롤을 함유하는 음이온성 수성 분산액.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (메트)아크릴 에스테르 중합체 또는 공중합체, 바람직하게는 메틸 메타크길레이트와 이소부틸 메타크릴레이트와의 공중합체의 음이온성 분산액을 적어도 하나 이상 5 내지 25중량%의 함량으로 추가로 함유하는 음이온성 수성 분산액.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, (메트)아크릴 에스테르 중합체의 음이온성 분산액이 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 유화제로서 함유하는 음이온성 수성 분산액.
    YCF₂(CF₂)q-CH₂CH₂O-CO-NH-CH₂CH₂-SSO₃X (Ⅲ)
    상기 식에서, Y는 -H 또는 -F이고;; q는 5 내지 15의 수이고;; X는 1가의 양이온이다.
  8. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 2-퍼플루오로알킬에탄올을 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물에 대하여 2 내지 5중량%, 바람직하게는 2 내지 3.5중량%의 N-메틸피롤리돈 존재하에서 톨릴렌디이소시아내이트와(1.8 내지 2):1의 몰 비율로 반응시켜 제조할 수 있는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 비스-(2-플루오로알킬-에톡시-키보닐아미노)-톨루엔을 적어도 하나이상 함유하는 생성물을 유기용매 또는 용매혼합물에 용해시킨 다음; 적어도 하나이상의 일반식(Ⅲ)의 유화제 및 적어도 하나 이상의 일반식(Ⅳ)의 비이온성 유화제 및 경우에 따라서는 추가량의 유기용매와 함께 물중에 분산시키는데, 이때 혼합비율은 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 분산액이 형성될 수 있도록 선택함을 특징으로 하여, 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 음이온성 수성 분산액을 제조하는 방법.
    (Ⅰ)
    YCF₂-(CF₂)n-CH₂CH₂OH (Ⅱ)
    YCF₂(CF₂)p-CH₂CH₂O-CO-NH-CH₂CH₂-SSO₃X (Ⅲ)
    YCF₂-(CF₂)q-CH₂CH₂-(OCH₂CH₂)r-OH (Ⅳ)
