Claims (11)

  1. 정전기로 털송이 처리된 모사 또는 모방사 형태로된 재료의 제조공정(여기서 접착제가 첨가되고 접지된 기본 또는 지지모사(19)가 고압의 정전기장(14)을 통해 처리되고 여기서 끌어들여진 사진처리된 짧은 털실(털송이 재료 20)과 함께 지지모사 표면과 관계되어 전반적으로 털실처리되는)에 있어서, 모사 또는 모방사(30)의 지속적인 생산도중에 특정한 선택적인 지지모사 길이(2911, 2912…)가 불규칙적인 순서에서 상이한 털송이 도형(21-18)털송이 재료(20)와 함께 불규칙적으로 털송이처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 지지모사(19)의 불규칙적인 털실처리가 재료,투여, 장력등의 영향력의 크기 조절을 통해 지속적인 모사제조 도중에 일어나는 것을 특징으로 한 제조공정.
  3. 제1항 및 2항에 있어서, 털송이 재료(20)가 털실길이, 털실 밀도 그리고 털실 배열방향에 따라 사이한 털송이 도형(21-28)과 함께 지지모사(19)에도 털송이 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조공정.
  4. 제1 내지 3항에 있어서, 상이한 색깔이 털송이 재료(20)가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조공정.
  5. 제1내지 4항에 있어서, 지지모사(19)의 모사장력(F)가 모사 생산도중에 변경되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조공정.
  6. 제1내지 5항에 있어서, 전전기장(14)의 전압(E)가 모사생산 도중에 변경되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조공정.
  7. 제1내지 6항에 있어서, 털송이 저장용(2, 3…)으로 부터의 개개의 상이한 털송이 재료의 접속이 모사생산 도중에 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한 제조공정.
  8. 제1내지 7항에 있어서, 털송이 재료(20)의 투여(D1,D2…)가 모사 생산도중에 이루어지는 것을 특징으로한 제조공정.
  9. 특허청구의 범위 제1내지 8항에 따른 공정을 수행하기 위해 털송이 저장통, 털송이 투여기 및 털송이운반장치(2, 3, 4: 5, 7, 9: 6, 8, 10:15)로 거리를 두고 배열되어있고, 고압전기에 연결가능한 두개의 전구(12, 13)으로, 그리고 하나의 모사 배출장치(16), 모사장력장치(18), 건조기(17)로 이루어짐에 있어서, 상이한 털송이 구조와 색깔을 위한 저장통 및 투여장치(2-4:6-10)가 털송이 처리실(11)의 운반범위내에 있으며 투여장치(6, 8, 10)와 전구(12, 13)과 모사 장력장치(18)이 조절가능함을 특징으로 한 제조설비.
  10. 나타나는 특수 효과 모사(30)가 상이한 털송이 도형(21-28)으로서 특정하고, 선택적인 모사길이 (2911…)로 임의의 순서에 따라 제조함을 특징으로 하는 지지모사(19)와 털송이(20)으로 이루어져 있고, 특허청구범위 제1내지 9항에 따라 생산되는 모사 또는 모방사.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 모방사 또는 모사의 반복무늬 크기로 조절가능한 특수효과를 갖음을 특징으로 하는 모사.
