고강도 고내마모성 슬라이딩 부재 및 그 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 고강도·고내마모성 슬라이딩부재의 미세한 질화규소입자와 입계층을 확대하여 나타낸 평면도이다.
1:미세질화규소입자, 2:입계층.

Claims (5)

  1. 미세한 질화규소입자와 그 질화규소입자를 둘러싸고 있는 입계층으로 구성되어있는 고강도·고내마모성 슬라이딩 부재에 있어서, 슬라이딩 부재는 주된 구성성분인 긴 기둥모양의 β상의 미세 질화규소입자와 상기 미세질화 규소입자를 둘러싸는 전체중량의 15%이하를 차지하는 입계층으로 이루어지되 상기 미세 질화규입자는 장주경이 60㎛이하로서 장주경과 단주경의 비가 5이상이면 밀도가 98%이상인 것임을 특징으로 하는 고강도·고내마모성의 슬라이딩부재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 입계층은 산화이트륨 및 산화알루미늄을 함유하여서 되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부재.
  3. 슬라이딩 부재의 구성비로서 회토류원소의 산화물이 10중량%이하, 산화알루미늄이 10중량%이하, 질화알루미늄이 5중량%이하, 또는 산화티탄이 10중량%이하로 함유되도록 하되 이때 회토류원소의 산화물 및 산화알루미늄은 반드시 함유되도록 하고, 희토류원소의 산화물과 산화알루미늄의 함량비는 0.5 내지 10이 되도록 하여서 부재를 형성하고, 상기 부재를 질화규소분말과 혼합시킨 다음, 불활성조건하에서 1650내지 1850℃의 온도로 소결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도·고내마모성의 슬라이딩 부재를 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 회토류원소의 산화물은 산화이트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
