제2도는 본 발명에 따른 드라이베어링의 일부 확대 단면도.
제3도는 제2도에서의 드라이 베어링을 고속상태와 무거운 하중 상태하에서 사용할 경우 베어링 표면을 미끄럽게 한 것을 나타낸 드라이베어링의 일부 확대 단면도.
제4도는 제3도와 같은 상태에서 사용하기 시작하여 마모된 후에 베어링표면을 미끄럽게 한 것을 나타낸 드라이베어링의 일부 확대 단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 강철판위에 피믹으로 형성되고 금속성미립자가 소결에 의해 금속층에 결합되어진 다공성 금속소결층과, 고체윤활제와 폴리테트라 플루오로에틸렌 수지로 되어 있고 상기 다공성 금속소결층의 금속성 미립자로 인해 형성되어진 갈라진 틈을 채우며 상기 소결층의 표면을 피복시키는 형태로 되어진 혼합수지층으로 되어 있으며, 상기 혼합수지층내의 고체윤활제는 나뭇잎이나 비늘모양의 얇고 성긴 형태로 서로 간격을 두고 형성된 다층의 줄무늬 형태로 분산되어 있고 상기 다공성 금속소결층의 표면 및 내부에 있는 금속성 입자표면의 굴곡면이나 평면을 따라 거의 평행하게 분산되어져 있도록 되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이베어링.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고체윤활제는 금속황화물과 금속간화합물, 금속, 금속산화물, 금속불화물, 질화붕소 및 탄소섬유 중에서 하나 또는 2개 이상을 선택하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 드라이베어링.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고체윤활제는 산화납인 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이베어링.
