제1도는 본 발명의 한 실시예에 의해 얻은 질화 규소계 소결체의 롤링 피로 시험의 결과를 종래예와 비교해서 와이블곡선으로 나타낸 도면.
Claims (9)
- 질화규소를 주성분으로 하고 소결조제 성분을 함유하는 세라믹을 가진 내마모성 부재에 있어서, 전술한 세라믹은 주조 소결조제 성분으로 구성되는 비정질상의 편석부를 가지고 있으며 전술한 최대 편석부의 크기가 100㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 세라믹은 소결조제 성분으로서 0.1-5 중량%의 산화이트륨을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 부재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 전술한 세라믹은 소결조제 성분으로서 0.1-5 중량%의 산화알루미늄을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 부재.
- 제3항에 있어서, 전술한 세라믹은 소결조제 성분으로서 산화이트륨, 산화하프늄 및 질화알루미늄에서 선택된 적어도 한 종류를 0.1-5중량% 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 최대 편석부의 크기가 50㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 내마모성 부재는 베어링용 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 부재.
- 내마모성 부재의 제조방법에 있어서, 질화규소 분말에 소결조제로서 0.1-5 중량%의 산화이트륨 분말을 첨가하여 혼합하는 공정과 전술한 혼합분말을 원료 분말로 하여 이것을 필요로 하는 내마모성 부재의 형상에 성경하는 공정과 전술한 성형체를 기공율이 2% 이하가 되도록 소결하는 공정과 전술한 소결체에 그 기공율이 1%이하가 되도록 고온등 방성가압 처리를 하는 공정을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 부재의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 전술한 혼합공정의 소결소제로서 0.1-5 중량%의 산화알루미늄 분말을 첨가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 부재의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 전술한 혼합 공정의 소결조제로서 산화 티타늄, 산화 하프늄 및 질화 알루미늄에서 선택된 적어도 한 종류를 0.1-5 중량% 첨가 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 부재의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
