슬립식 클러치장치의 제어방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도~7도는 본 발명의 일실시예로서의 슬립식 클러치장치의 제어방식을 도시한 것으로서, 제1도는 그 제어순서를 도시한 플로우차아트.
제2도는 본 발명을 실시하기 위한 슬립식 클러치장치의 개략 구성도.
제3도~7도는 어느것이나 본 방법을 설명하기 위한 그래프.

Claims (4)

  1. 입출력축을 접합분리하는 클러치의 슬립량을 제어하는데 있어서, 상기 클러치의 슬립량을 검출해서, 동 슬립량의 시간변화를 연산함과 동시에, 미리 설정된 목표슬립량과 상기 슬립량과의 편차슬립량을 연산하고, 이들 연산에 의해 얻어진 상기 슬립량의 시간변화량과 편차슬립량에 따라서 상기 클러치의 슬립량을 상기 목표슬립량에 가까워지도록 상기 클러치의 결합력을 피이드백제어하는 것을 특징으로하는 슬립식 클러치장치의 제어방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬립량의 시간 변화량과 편차슬립량으로부터 보정슬립량을 연산하고, 동 보정슬립량에 따라서 상기 클러치의 결합력을 보정하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 슬립식 클러치장치의 제어방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 보정슬립량을 연산하는데 있어서, 상기 슬립량의 시간변화량에 관한 계수가 상기 편차슬립량의 증대에 따라서 감소하도록 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬립식 클러치장치의 제어방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 보정슬립량을 연산하는데 있어서, 상기 편차슬립량에 관한 계수가 동 편차슬립량의 증대에 따라서 증대하도록 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬립식 클러치장치의 제어방법.
