Claims (13)

  1. 산소중에서 안정하지만, 산소 부재시 중합하며 유리 라디칼-중합성 화합물, 유기 유리 라디칼 개시제, 및 유리라디칼 중합의 유기촉진제로 이루어진 무산소 중합성 혼합물; 에폭사이드 수지; 및 염기성 경화제, 폴리머캅탄 또는 다가페놀인 에폭사이드 수지용 경화제로 이루어진 경화성 조성물을 하나 이상의 표면에 적용하고, 상기 조성물에 두번째 표면을 적용한 다음, 표면들을 함께 눌러, 조성물이 화학적으로 응고될 때까지 산소의 침투를 방지함으로써, 두개의 불침투성 표면사이를 접착시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유리 라디칼-중합성 화합물이 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 기 둘이상을 함유하는 화합물인 방법.
    CH2=CR1-COO- (Ⅰ)
    상기식에서,
    R1은 수소 또는 염소원자이거나, 메틸기 또는 에틸기이다.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 중합성 화합물이 지방족, 시클로지방족, 지환식 지방족, 아르지방족 또는 헤테로환식지방족 다가 알콜의 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트, 폴리히드록시카복실산, 폴리히드록시알킬아민, 폴리-히드록시알킬니트릴 또는 아크릴에스테르-우레탄 또는 우레이드인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 중합성 화합물이 하기 일반식(Ⅱ), 하기 일반식(Ⅳ) 또는 하기 일반식(Ⅵ)의 아크릴 에스테르인 방법.
    CH2=C(R1)-CO-O-[-(CH2)a-(CHR2)c-CH(R)-O-]b-CCC(R1)=CH|2(Ⅱ)
    [CH2=C(R4)-CO-O-CH2-CH(OH)-CH2-O-(CO)c-]e-R5(Ⅳ)
    R8-C(R9)-(CH2OCO-C(R1)=(CH2)2(Ⅵ)
    상기식에서,
    R은 H, -CH3. -C2H5. -CH2OH 또는 -CH2O-CO-C(R1)=CH2이고, R1은 수소 또는 염소원자이거나 메틸기 또는 에틸기이고, R2는 H. CH. 또는 -OCO-C(R1)=CH2이고, R4는 -H 또는 -CH3이고,
    R5는 카보닐기의 탄소원자 이외의 탄소원자를 통해 결합된 .e가의 유기 라디칼이고,
    R8는 CH3-, C2H5-, -CH2OH. 또는 CH2=C(R|1)COOCH2-이고,
    R9은 -CH2OH 또는 0-CH2OOC-C(R1)=CH2이고, a는 1내지 8의 정수이고, b는 1내지 20의 정수이고,
    c는 0 또는 1이며, e는 2,3 또는 4이다.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 유리 라디칼 개시제가 히드로과산화물, 과산화물, 알파-히드록시술폰, 방향족 알파-아미노술폰, 또는 유기아민 산화물과 NH=산성 화합물과의 혼합물인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 촉진제가 둘이상의 1급 지방족 아미노기를 가진 지방족아민 또는 이러한 아민의 케티민, 폴리이소시아네이트, 알디민, 3급아민, 이미드, 술피미드, 디티오카바메이트, 아미드, 티오아미드, 티아졸, 포스포릴 히드라진, 아스코르브 산, 유기 포스파이트, 4급 암모늄 염 또는 염기, 전이금속의 염, 또는 티오우레아인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 중합 개시제의 양이 유리 라디칼-중합성 화합물의 0.01 내지 15중량%이며, 촉진제의 양이 유리 라디칼-중합성 화합물의 1내지 10중량%인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭사이드 수지가, 산소, 질소 또는 황의 원자 또는 원자들에 직접 결합된 하기 일반식(Ⅷ)의 기 둘 이상을 함유하는 방법.
    상기식에서,
    R13및 R15는, R14가 수소원자 또는 메틸기인 경우, 각각 수소원자이거나, R14가 수소원자인 경우, R13와 R15는 함께 -CH2CH2-이다.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 에폭사이드수지가 비스페놀의 폴리글리시딜에테르, 포름알데히드와 페놀로부터 형성된 노볼락의 폴리글리시딜 에테르, 지방족디올의 폴리글리시딜에테르, 디카복실산의 디글리시딜 에스테르, 또는 히다토인의 N,N′-디글리시딜 유도체의 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 경화제가 지방족, 시클로지방족 또는 헤테로환식 1급 2급 또는 3급아민, 방향족 1급, 또는 2급아민, 이미다졸, 치환된 이미다졸, 아미드, 아미딘, 3급 지방족, 시클로지방족 또는 헤테로환식 아민과의 삼염화붕소의 착물, 머캅탄 정지된 폴리옥시알킬렌 에테르 또는 에스테르, 머캅탄카복실산의 탄소수 2내지 6의 다가 알코올과의 에스테르, 단일핵페놀, 다핵페놀, 또는 5단일핵 또는 다핵 페놀과 포름알데히드로부터 유도된 노볼락 수지인 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 유리 라디칼-중합성 화합물 대 에폭사이드 수지의 중량비가 1 : 0.05 내지 10인 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭사이드 수지 1부당 0.01 내지 0.5중량부의 경화제를 사용하는 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 두번째 표면을 조성물에 적용한 후 언급된 표면들을 집게로 함께 고정시켜, 조성물이 화학적으로 응고될 때까지 산소의 침투를 방지하는 방법.
