제1도는 본원 발명의 일실시예를 나타낸 이물제거장치의 계통도. 제2도는 이물제거장치의 블로우다운운전시의 평면도, 제3도는 블로우다운운전제어장치의 블록도.
Claims (6)
- 케이싱내에 냉각수를 도입하는 공정과, 상기 케이싱내에 배치된 필터 엘레멘트에 상기 통과수를 통과시켜 냉각수중의 이물을 냉각수에서 분리하는 공정과, 상기 필터엘레멘트를 통과한 상기 냉각수를 상기 케이싱에서 송출하는 공정과, 상기 필터엘레멘트의 상류와 하류와의 차압이 냉각수유량에 응해서 미리 정해진 역치를 넣었을 때 상기 필터엘레멘트 둘레에선 회류를 생기게 하여, 상기 필터엘레멘트에 부착한 이물을 상기 필터엘레멘트에서 박리하는 공정과 박리한 이물을 상기 냉각수의 일부와 함께 상기 케이싱에서 배출하는 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이물 제거방법.
- 상기 역치(역値)는 특정의 필터엘레멘트 눈이 막히는 율일 때의 필터엘레멘트 차입에 따라서 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1 기재의 이물 제거방법.
- 필터엘레멘트 눈이 막히는 율은 약 50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1 기재의 이물제거방법.
- 상기 이물박리공정의 소정시간 경과후에, 상기 이물배출공정을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1 기재의 이물제거방법.
- 케이싱내에 냉각수를 도입하는 공정과, 상기 케이싱내에 배치된 필터엘레멘트에 상기 냉각수를 통과시켜 냉각수중의 이물을 냉각수에서 분리하는 공정과 상기 필터엘레멘트를 통과한 상기 냉각수를 상기 케이싱에서 송출하는 공정과 상기 필터엘레멘트의 상류와 하류와의 차압이 냉각수 유량에 의해서 미리 정해진 역치를 넘었을 때, 상기 필터엘레멘트 둘레에 일방향의 선회류를 생기게 하여 상기 필터엘레멘트에 부착한 이물을 상기 필터엘레멘트에서 박리하는 공정과 상기 이물 박리공정의 소정시간 경과후에 박리한 이물을 상기 냉각수의 일부와 함께 상기 케이싱에서 배출하는 공정과 상기 이물 배출공정중에 상기 필터엘레멘트 둘레에 다른 방향의 선회류를 생기게 하여 잔류한 이물을 상기 필터엘레멘트에서 박리하는 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이물제거방법.
- 케이싱과 상기 케이싱에 설치된 이물을 포함하는 냉각수를 도입하는 입구관과 상기 케이싱에 설치된 냉각수를 송출하는 출구관과 상기 케이싱내에 배치된 냉각수에서 이물을 분리하는 필터엘레멘트와 상기 입구관내에 배치된 이물을 포함하는 냉각수를 편향하는 스로틀 밸브와 상기 케이싱에 설치된 이물을 배출하는 이물 배출구와 상기 배출구에 접속된 이물을 계외로 배출하는 블로우다운 밸브와 상기 케이싱에 배치된 스로틀밸브를 개폐 조작하는 스로틀밸브 용액 츄에이터와 상기 케이싱에 배치된 블로우다운 밸브를 개패하는 블로우다운 밸브용액 츄에이터와 상기 필터엘레멘트의 상류와 하류와의 압력차를 검지하여 차압신호를 발생하는 수단과 냉각수 유량을 검출하여 차압신호를 발생하는 수단과 상기 유량신호에 따라 역치를 설정하는 설정기와 상기 차압신호와 상기 역치를 비교하여, 상기 차압신호가 상기 역치를 넘었을 때에 상기 양액츄에이터 작동용 신호를 발생하는 비교기를 구비한 블로우다운 운전 제어장치로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 제거장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
