제1도는 본 발명의 실시예의 구성을 나타내는 개략도. 제2도는 제1도의 실시예에 있어서의 제어신호의 발생회로를 나타내는 블록회로도. 제3도는 내연기관의 속도(N)와 흡입공기량간의관계를 나타내는 그래프도.
Claims (8)
- 엔진으로 흐르는 흡입공기흐름을 검출하는 센서(2)와 엔진회전속도 센서(8)와 상기 엔진의 경부하운전에서 고부하가동에 이르는 넓은 범위에 걸쳐 산소량을 검출하는 공연비센서(7)와 냉각수온도센서(6)와 쓰로틀밸브수단(4)과 연료공급수단(3)과 점화수단(9)과, 소정프로그램에 의하여 상기 신호를 처리하며, 상기 쓰로틀밸브제어수단(4), 상기 연료공급수단(3) 및 상기 점화수단(9)을 제어하는 제어신호를 발생시키기 위하여 상기 흡입공기흐름센서(2), 상기 회전속도센서(8), 상기 수온도센서(6) 및 상기 공연비센서(7)에서 신호를 수신하는 제어신호 발생회로(10)로 구성되는 내연기관의 공연비제어장치에 있어서, 상기 내연기관의 경부하, 중부하 또는 고부하 운전영역에서의 공연비(λ)는 λ>1, λ=1 또는 λ<1에 각각 세트하며, 상기 공연비센서(7)의 출력은 상기 목표의 공연비가 상기 가동영역에 대응하여 유지되도록 피이드백제어를 하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 공연비제어장치.
- 상기 소망의 공연비는 상기 냉각수온도센서(6)로 부터의 출력을 사용하여 수정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 내연기관의 공연비제어장치.
- 또, 본 발명은 기어전동의 기어비에 대응한 신호를 발생시키는 기어비센서(20)를 구성되어 상기 소망의 공연비가 상기 기어비센서(20)로 부터의 출력을 사용하여 수정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의범위 1기재의 내연기관의 공연비제어장치.
- 또, 본 발명은 배가스의 온도를 검출하는 온도센서(51)로 구성되어 상기 소망의 공연비가 상기 온도센서(51)로부터 나오는 출력을 이용하여 수정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 공연비제어장치.
- 상기 엔진의 토오크특성은 연료공급량에 대해서 히스터리시스특성(H1, H2)을 갖추어, 따라서 상기 공연비는 상기 공연비 피이드백제어로 원활하게 변경될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 내연기관의 공연비제어장치.
- 상기 엔진이 설비된 차량의 가속(A)을 가리키는 연료공급량의 변화는 상기 차량의 중량에 의하여 상기 공연비를 원활하게 변화시키기 위해 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 내연기관의 공연비제어장치.
- 본 발명은 또, 상기 공연비센서(7)의 지연특성(Δt)을 저장하는 수단으로 구성되어, 따라서 상기 소망의 공연비는 상기 저장수단에 보관된 상기 지연특성을 이용하여 수정되는 것을 특징으로하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 내연기관의 공연비제어장치.
- 상기 목표의 공연비는 상기 공연비센서(7)의 경시로 인한 검출출력 신호의 오차(ε)를 이용하여 수정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 내연기관의 공연비제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
