Claims (13)

  1. 수지를 상기표면에 부착시켜 표면을 수지의 융해온도 이상의 온도로 가열하고 수지를 표면에 용융시켜서 제1연속층(43)을 형성시키는 단계를 구비하는 금속물의 표면에 충격저항 불투수성 수지 코팅을 형성시키는 방법에 있어서, 제1연속층(43)이 경화되기 전에 수지 및 고체입자로 구성된 세분혼합물을 제1층위에 부착시켜서 제1연속층을 덮는 제2연속층(44)을 형성시키는 단계와, 2개의 층을 함께 용융시켜서 균질적인 수지피복(45)을 형성시키는 단계와, 고체 입자로 제2층을 보강하여 부착된 수지를 냉각 및 경화시키는 단계를 특징으로하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2층이 분말형태로 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1층의 수지와 세분혼합물이 정전기적살포에 의하여 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 한 항에 있어서, 금속물이 원통형파이프(10)로서 파이프가 부착 및 냉각 및 경화단계중 계속하여 축 둘레를 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 한 항에 있어서, 수지는 에폭시수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 한 항에 있어서, 고체 입자가 유리섬유로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 한 항에 있어서, 입자고체가 운무조각으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 충격저항불투수성 수지 코팅이 부착되어 있는 금속물에 있어서, 코팅이 서로 용융되어 균질피복을 형성하는 내, 외부층(43,44)으로 구성되어 있고, 외부층은 내부에 묻혀있는 고체 입자보강재로 보강되고, 내부층(43)에는 상기 보강재가 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 금속물이 원통형 파이프(10)로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 금속물.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 외부층(44)의 고체 입자 보강재 함유량이 5 내지 30중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속물.
  11. 첨부도면에 의하여 위에서 설명한 바와 같이 금속물표면에 충격저항 불투수성 코팅을 형성하는 방법
  12. 첨부도면에 의하여 위에서 설명한 바와 같이 금속물의 표면에 충격저항 불투수성코팅을 형성하는 장치.
  13. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 한 항에 의한 방법과 제1도 및 제2도에 의하여 생성한 물건.
