Claims (9)

  1. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 일반식 CF3(CF2)n의 음이온과 반응시켜 R1(CF2)nCF3인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 생성시키고, 임의로는 (a)R1이 -CH(OH) (CF2)nCF3인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하기 위해 R1(CF2)nCF3인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 환원시키는 공정, (b)R1이 -C(OH)(R2)(CF2)nCF3인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하기 위해 R1(CF2)nCF3인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 일반식 R2ㆍX(R2는 C1-C4알킬임)의 화합물과 반응시키는 공정, (c) 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 약리학적 또는 농화학적으로 허용가능한 염으로 전환시키는 공정중의 하나 또는 그 이상을 실시함을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 약리학적 또는 농화학적으로 허용가능한 그의 염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식(Ⅰ)에서 R은 불소, 염소, 브롬, 요오드, 트리플루오로메틸, C1-C4알킬 및 C1-C4알콕시로부터 각각 독립적으로 선택된 1 내지 3개의 치환체로 임의 치환된 페닐그룹, 또는 5-클로로피리드-2-일 그룹이고, R1(CF2)nCF3이며, n은 0,1,2 또는 3이고, R2는 수소 또는 C1-C|4알킬이며, Q는 이탈기이고, X는 MgBr, MgI 또는 Li이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Q는 C1-C4알콕시이고, 음이온은 CF3(CF2)nMgBr, CF3(CF2)nMgI 또는 그의 혼합물을 사용하여 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R1이 -CO(CF2)nCF3(여기서 n은 1 또는 2이다)인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 공정(a)를 실시하여 R1이 -CH(OH)(CF2)nCF3인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하며, 이때 n이 1 또는 2이며 환원제로서 나트륨 보로하이드라이드를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 공정(b)를 실시하여 R1이 -C(OH)(R2)(CF2)nCF3(n은 1 또는 2)인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하며, 이때 R2가 메틸 또는 에틸이며 X는 MgBr임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, R이 불소, 염소, 브롬, 요오드 및 트리플루오로메틸로부터 각각 독립적으로 선택된 1 내지 3개의 치환체로 치환된 페닐 그룹임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, R이 4-플루오로페닐, 4-클로로페닐, 4-트리플루오로메틸, 2-페닐플루오로페닐, 2,4-디클로로페닐, 2,4-디플루오로페닐, 2-플루오로-4-클로로페닐, 2,5-디플루오로페닐, 2,4,6-트리플루오로페닐 또는 4-브로모-2,5-디플루오로페닐임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, R이 4-클로로페닐, 4-플루오로페닐, 2,4-디클로로페닐, 또는 2,4-디플루오로페닐임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 펜타플루오로에틸 요오다이드와 메틸마그네슘 브로마이드의 혼합물을 1-에톡시카보닐-1-(2,4-디플루오로페닐)-2-(1H-1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)-에탄올과 반응시키고 이 반응 생성물을 메틸마그네슘 브로마이드와 반응시켜 2-(2,4-디플루오페닐)-3-메틸-4,4,5,5,5-펜타플루오로-1-(1H-1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)펜탄-2,3-디올을 제조함을을 특징으로 하는 방법.
