제3도는 제2도 앵카원판으로 제조한 제1도 연결앵카의 평면도.
Claims (10)
- 중간에 단열층이 형성되도록 일정한 간격은 유지하는 캐리어 판넬과 페이스 판넬 각각에 양측 단부가 매설되어 두 판넬을 연결 지지하는 앵카에 있어서, 판상 앵카동체의 최소한 일측 축방향단부에 돌출된 경사 판넬을 갖고 있고 최소한 일측의 축방향단부에는 축방향으로 경사지게 요입된 요입부가 형성되어 요입부 양측에 2개의 경사단부가 형성되었으며 각 경사단부에는 위치선정봉을 삽입하기 위한 다수의 위치선전공이 형성되었으며 앵카동체의 일측경사단부의 끝부분은 판넬에 매설되고 강봉망체의 강봉과 결합되도록 만곡지게 형성되었고 동체와 만곡부분에는 결합된 강봉망체의 외측에 위치선정봉이 놓이도록 위치선정봉을 삽입하게된 한쌍의 위치선정공이 형성되었음을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 판넬용 연결연카.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 연결앵카의 외형이 두개의 종방향 연부와 축방향단부중의 한 단부의 중앙에 경사지게 돌출된 경사단부 및 축방향단부중의 다른 단부에 축방향으로 간격을 두고 경사지게 돌출된 두개의 측방향 경사단부로 구성되며, 측방향 경사단부의 말단부는 연결앵카의 동체 중심쪽으로 만곡된 후크 부분으로 되었음을 특징으로 하는 연결앵카.
- 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 연결앵카의 종방향연부가 평행하게 형성되었고 중간의 경사단부가 A-형 단부이고, 측방향으로 간격을 둔 2개의 경사단부 사이에는 V-형 요입부가 형성되어 A-형 경사단부와 V-형 요입부가 합체될 수 있는 형태로 형성되었음을 특징으로 하는 연결앵카.
- 청구범위 3항에 있어서, 연결앵카에서 A-형 단부의 기부에서의 폭이 두 축방향 연부에 의한 폭보다 좁고, A-형 단부의 기부 양측에 반대측 축방향 단부에서 축방향으로 간격을 둔 경사진 단부와 합체되는 형태로 된 턱이 형성되었음을 특징으로 하는 연결앵카.
- 청구범위 2 내지 4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 축방향으로 간격을 둔 두 경사진 단부에 후크부분이 형성되어 단일 보강망체에 결합되게 되었음을 특징으로 하는 연결앵카.
- 청구범위 2 내지 4항중의 한 항에 있어서 앵카의 축선방향의 일측 중앙에 하나의 축방향 경사단부가 형성되었음을 특징으로 하는 연결앵카.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 연결앵카의 축방향 양측에 측방향으로 간격을 둔 두개의 경사진 단부가 형성되고 두 경사 단부 사이에 V-형 요입부가 형성되며 일측 축방향 단부에 형성된 두 경사단부는 만곡되어 보강망체의 한 강봉에 결합되도록 되었음을 특징으로 하는 연결앵카.
- 청구범위 7항에 있어서, 연결앵카의 윤곽이 종방향축선과 이에 수직인 축선에 대하여 대칭으로된 형태로 되었음을 특징으로 하는 연결앵카.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 후크부분이 그 끝은 만곡되지 않은 상태로 되었고 입구가 넓은 주머니 형태로 되어있어서 동일한 다수의 연결앵카가 후크부분에 의하여 형설된 경사진 주머니 부분에서 삽입 중첩될 수 있도록 되었음을 특징으로 하는 연결앵카.
