Claims (8)
- 하기구조식(II)의 화합물을 (1)염기성 축합시약 존재하에 시아노 아세트아미드 또는 말론아미드와 반응시킨 후 반응혼합물을 중화하거나 또는 (2)저급알카놀중에서 말노니트릴과 반응시켜 Q가 각기(1) 시아노 또는 카바밀이거나(2)시아노인 하기구조식(III)의 화합물을 생성함을 특징으로 하는 구조식(III)의 화합물의 제조방법.상기식들에서,R과 R'는 각기 저급알킬이며 PY는 4-또는 3-피리디닐 또는 하나 또는 두개의 저급알킬치환분을 갖는 4-또는 3-피리디닐이며 Q는 시아노, 카바밀이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염기성 축합시약이 저급알카놀중 알칼리 수산화물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시아노 아세트아미드 몰당 적어도 몰당량의 알칼리수산화물이 존재하는 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 저급알카놀이 메탄올인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (2)에서의 상기 저급알카놀이 에탄올인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구조식(I)의 피리디닐-메틸저급알킬케톤을 트리(저급-알킬)오르토포르메이트, 무수초산 및 초산과 반응시켜 상기 구조식(II)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 케톤과 오르토포르메이트중의 저급알킬이 메틸 또는 에틸인 방법.
- 구조식(I)의 피리디닐-메틸 저급-알킬케톤을 트리(저급-알킬)오르토포르테이트, 무수초산 및 초산과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 구조식(II)의 화합물의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
