Claims (13)

  1. 측정방사선을 방출하는 측정방사선과 측정방사선빔이 형성되도록 측정방사선을 유도하여 관측하에서 측정방사선빔이 물체의 표면에 투영되는 전송경로를 정의하는 측정방사선유도장치가 포함되어 있는 전송부와 반사된 방사선을 유도하기 위한 유도수단과 반사된 방사선에 민감한 탐지기를 포함하고 있으며, 수신된 반사방사선을 각기 다른 대응신호로 전환, 즉 반사방사선유도수단이 물체의 표면에 투영되는 측정방사선에 의한 방사선점, 즉 대상점으로부터 나오는반사방사선을 반사방사선빔으로 형성시키는 동시에 반사방사선빔이 방사선민감탐지기에 투영되는 수신경로를 정의하도록 작동하는 수신부로 구성되어 물체표면의 일점과 참고 레벨간의 거리를 비접촉측정하기 위한 측정시스템으로서, 상기 탐지기는 단지 선형영역에서만 방사선에 민감하며, 물체의 표면에서 측정방사선빔에 조명된 요소만이 즉 측정영역을 구성하는 길이부분만이 촛점된 점으로서 탐지기의 선형방사선 민감영역에 영상되도록 반사방사선 유도수단이 배치되어 있는 거리측정시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측정방사선유도수단이 촛점렌즈를 포함하고 있으며, 촛점렌즈가 작동하여 측정방사선빔의 촛점을 맞춤으로서 측정영역에서 빔의 단면적이 빔의 방향에 나타난 거리의 함수로서 변화되도록 하고, 측정영역내에 형성된 모든 대상점이 동일한 크기의 점으로서 방사선민감탐지기에 영상되도록 하는 거리측정시스템.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 방사선원이 단색 방사선을 방출하며, 스펙트럼에서 허위의 배경 방사선의 파장성분의 존재가 적게 예측되는 부분을 측정방사선의 파장으로 선택하고, 광대역필터가 탐지기의 공간 관측각도 내부에 설치되어 있으며, 광대역필터의 파장, 바람직하게 그 중간파장이 단색방사선의 파장에 대응하는 거리측정시스템.
  4. 제1항에서 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 측정방사선빔이 측정평면에 주사운동을 수행하도록 하는 구동수단에 측정방사선유도수단이 연결되어 있으며, 반사방사선유도수단에 의해 주사운동중에 측정방사선빔에 조명된 대상점이 조명된 대상점과 동기적으로 움직이는 촛점된 점으로서 탐지기의 선형 방사선민감영역에 영상되는 거리측정시스템.
  5. 제1항에서 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반사방사선유도수단이 제1수신경로와 함께 측정빔평면, 즉 측정방사선빔을 포함하는 평면에 대하여 경대칭 배열을 형성하는 제2수신경로를 정의하며, 제2수신경로는 각각의 대상점으로부터 나와 상기 경로를 따라 유도된 반사방사선은 제2방사선민감탐지기에 투영시키고, 두개의 방사선민감탐지기의 출력이 비교기에 연결되어 상기탐지기에 발생된 출력신호를 비교함으로서 측정방사선빔이 물체의 표면으로부터 단일반사된 반사방사선이 유용한 출력신호를 부여하는 거리측정시스템.
  6. 제1항에서 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반사방사선 유도수단이 제1수신경로에 더하여 제2수신경로를 정의하며, 각 대상점에서 뻗어있는 제2수신경로의 첫부분이 대응하는 제1수신경로의 첫부분과 함께 측정빔평면, 즉 측정방사선빔을 포함하는 평면에 대해 경대칭구조를 형성하고, 제2수신경로가 각 대상점에서부터 나와 상기 경로를 따라 유도된 반사방사선을 방사선민감탐지기에 투영시키며, 탐지기의 출력은 탐지기의 출력신호를 처리하기 위한 신호처리 수단에 연결되어 있음으로서 물체의 표면으로부터 단일 반사된 측정방사선빔의 반사방사선에 응답하여 유용한 신호가 부여되는 거리측정시스템.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 제2수신경로의 일부가 제1수신 경로의 대응하는 일부로부터 벗어남으로서 측정빔평면과 물체표면의 교차에 의해 정의되는 전허 동일한 대상점으로부터 나온 반사방사선이 다른 수신경로를 경유하여 상기 대상점의 투영으로서 탐지기에 영상된 탐지기점으로부터 일정거리 떨어진 탐지기 점으로서 수신경로를 경유하여 탐지기에 영상되며, 상기 일정거리에 해당하는 간격만큼 떨어진 두개의 개별적인 신호성분을 포함하는 탐지기 출력신호에 대하여 자동연관기능을 수행할 수 있도록 상기 신호처리수단이 배열되어 있는 거리측정시스템.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 반사방사선 유도수단이 서로 고정되어 하나의 공통프리즘면을 갖고 있는 두개의 프리즘을 포함하며, 한 수신경로를 통과하는 반사방사선은 일부 비회절된 상태로 공통프리즘면을 통과하여 탐지기로 향하고, 다른 하나의 수신경로를 통과하는 반사방사선은 일부 편향되어 상기탐지기로 향하게 되는 거리측정시스템.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수신경로가 반사표면을 포함하여 물체의 표면으로부터 나오는 반사방사선을 상기 공통프리즘면으로 진행시키며, 측정빔평면에 대해 경대칭으로 뻗어있는 두 교차축의 각각을 중심으로 상기 반사표면의 각각이 같은 각도만큼 회전되어 있고, 측정방사선빔은 빔이 제1 및 제2수신경로를 따라 탐지기에 영상될 때 경유하는 두 평면의 교차선을 따라 진행하는 거리측정시스템.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 공통프리즘면이 측정빔평면에 대하여 회전되어 있으며, 그 회전각이 상기 일정거리를 결정하는 거리측정시스템.
  11. 제8항에서 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 두개의 수신경로모두가 반사표면을 포함하여 물체의 표면에서부터 나오는 반사방사선을 상기 공통프리즘면으로 향하게 하며, 각각의 반사표면이 상기 공통프리즘면과 함께 두 프리즘중의 하나를 형성하는 거리측정시스템.
  12. 제1항에서 제4항 또는 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반사방사선유도수단이 제1수신경로에 더하여 제2수신경로를 정의하며, 각 대상점으로부터 뻗어있는 제2수신경로의 첫부분이 제1수신경로의 대응하는 첫부분과 함께 측정빔평면, 즉 측정방사선빔을 포함하는 평면에 대해 경대칭구조를 형성하며 또한 경대칭구조를 형성하며 또한 경대칭구조의 두 초기부분 모두가 주기적으로 작용하는 광스위치를 포함하여 각각의 광로를 연속적으로 차단 및 전송상태에 있게 함으로서 제1 및 제2시간 채널을 정의하는 연속적인 시간슬로트에 따라 두 수신경로를 경유하여 주기적으로 반사방사선이 방사선민감탐지기에 전달되고, 제1시간 채널과 제2시간 채널의 시간분할된 신호를 두개의 공간분리된 신호로 전환시키는 복조기와, 개의 공간분리된 신호를 서로 비교하여 측정방사성빔이 물체의 표면에 단일반사되어 나온 반사방사선이 유용한 출력신호를 발하도록 하는 비교기를 포함하고 있는 신호처리수단에 탐지기의 출력이 연결되는 거리측정시스템.
  13. 상기항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 전송부는 비대칭 강도분포의 측정빔으로서 각 물체표면을 조사하기 위한 빔왜곡수단을 포함하며, 수신부는 인가된 탐지기 출력신호에서 측정빔에 의해 결정된 비대칭강도분포를 갖는 측정평면에 위치하는 대상점이 탐지기에 투영된 영상점에 대응하는 부분만을 통과시키는 신호처리기를 포함하는 거리측정시스템.
