Claims (9)

  1. 다중인산 암모늄을 희석제 존재하 및 교반하에, 경화시수-불용성인 열경화성 인조수지로 처리하고 희석제를 분리시킨 후 인조수지를 경화시키는 온도에서 다중인산 암모늄을 건조시켜, 하기 일반식의 자유로이 유동하는 미분화 다중인산 암모늄을 기재로한 가수분해에 안정한 미립제를 제조하는 방법에 있어서; 다중인산 암모늄, 희석제로서의 지방족 C1-4알콜 및 임의로 용매에 용해시킨 멜아민 /포름알데히드수지를 어떤 순서로든지 오토클레이브에 도입시키고, 이들을 실온에서 잘 혼합시킨 후 혼합물을 약 80 내지 약 180℃로 가열하고, 혼합물을 상기 온도에서 희석제의 증기압에 상응하는 압력하에 15 내지 240분간 방치시켜 수지성분을 경화시킨 다음, 혼합물을 실온으로 냉각시키고, 희석제를 분리시킨 후 생성물을 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 미립제의 제조방법.

    상기식에서, n은 평균 약 20 내지 800의 정수이고, m/n비는 약 1이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다중인산 암모늄, 희석제 및 수지성분의 양을 1:1.5:0.1의 비율로 사용하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 경화되지 않은 멜아민/포름알데히드-수지가 그 50% 수용액이 동점도 20mPa.S,20℃에서의 pH8.8 내지 9.8, 20℃에서의 밀도 1.21 내지 1.225g/㎖인 분말인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 페놀수지가 알콜-용해성, 열경화성 비가소성 페놀수지(페놀/포름알데히드 수지)또 는 열경화성 페놀수지인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물을 110 내지 130℃로 가열하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물을 30 내지 60분간 경화시키는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 완성된 제제가 평균 약 0.01 내지 0.05㎜ 크기의 입자로 구성되는 방법.
  8. 폴리우레탄 또는 폴리우레탄 발포체에 방염성을 부여하기 위해, 발포체가 폴리우레탄중의 폴리올 성분의 양을 기준으로 하여 약 5 내지 50중량% 함유하도록 사용하는 제1항에 따른 방염제.
  9. 종이, 판지, 카아드보오드 및 골판 중심지와 같은 셀룰로즈-함유물질에 방염성을 부여하기 위해, 무수 섬유물질을 기준으로 하여 5 내지 30중량%, 함유하도록 사용하는 제1항에 따른 방염제.
