Claims (33)
- 알파-클리코실 진세노사이드를 함유하는 음식물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 음식물이 식물 또는 음료인 음식물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 음식물이 애완동물사료, 사료, 담배, 화장품 또는 약품으로 구성되는 균에서 선정된 음식물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 음식물이 액상인 음식물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 음식물이 페이스트상인 음식물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 음식물이 고체상인 음식물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알파-그리코실 진세노이드가 제8항의 제법에 따라 제조된 음식물.
- 진세노사이드와 알파-글루코실 사카라이드를 함유하는 수용액을 제조하고 ; 또이 용액은 알파-글루코실 전이효소와 반응시키는 단계로 구성되는 알파-글리코실 진세노사이드, 또는 이를 함유하는 혼합물의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 알파-글리코실 적이효소가 알파-글루코시다제, 알파-아미라제, 사이클로덱스트린글루카노트란스피라체, 덱스트란슈크라제, 덱스트란덱스트리나제 및 아미로슈크라제로 구성되는 군으로부터 선정되는 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 진세노사이드와 알파-글루코실 사카라이드를 함유하는 수용액을 제조하고 ; 이 용액을 효소전이반응을 완전히 진행시킬 수 있는 조건하에서 알파-글루코실 전이효소와 반응시키고 ; 또 수득된 알파-글리코실 진세노사이드를 회수하는 단계로 구성되는 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 알파-글리코실 사카라이드가 말토-올리고사카라이드, 액화전분, 부분가수분해 전분과 슈크로즈로 구성되는 군으로부터 선정되는 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 0.1 내지 30중량/중량% 진세노사이드와 1 내지 50중량/중량% 알파-글루코실사카라이드를 함유하는 수용액을 제조하고 ; 또 이 용액을 pH 범위 3 내지 10,온도범위 20 내지 80℃에서 충분한 양의 알파-글리코실 진세노사이드를 제조할 수 있는 시간동안 알파-글루코실 전이효소와 반응시키는 단계로 구성되는 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 부분가수분해 전분의 DE 범위가 10 내지 70인 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 액차전분의 DE 범위가 1 내지 60인 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 진세노사이드/알파-글루코실 사카라이드 중량비율 범위가 고형물 기준으로 0.5 내지 300인 제조방법.
- 제12항의 제법에 따라 제조된 모든 알파-글리코실 진세노사이드.
- 알파-글리코실 진세노사이드를 함유하는 경구섭취 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 형체가 페이스트 형태인 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 형체가 고형물형태인 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 알파-글리코실 진세노사이드가 제8항의 제법에 따라 제조된 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 주성분이 통상의 음식물, 애완동물사료, 사료, 화장품, 약품 또는 담배로 구성되는 군에서 선정된 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 추가로 진세노사이드와 알파-글리코실 사카라이드를 함유하는 조성물.
- 1개 또는 그 이상의 알파-글리코실 잔기가 진세노사이드 잔기에 알파-형태로 결합된 화학구조를 갖는 알파-글리코실 진세노사이드.
- 충분한 양의 알파-글리코실 진세노사이드를 음식물에 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물의 제조 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 음식물이 식물 또는 음료인 음식물의 제조방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 음식물을 애완동물사료, 사료, 담배, 화장품 또는 약품으로 구성된 군으로부터 선정하는 음식물의 제조방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 음식물 형태가 액체인 음식물의 제조방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 음식물 형태가 페이스트상인 음식물의 제조방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 음식물 형태가 고형물인 음식물의 제조방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 알파-글리코실 진세노사이드를 제8항의 제법으로 제조하는 음식물의 제조방법.
- 불순물이 내재하는 알파-글리코실 진세노사이드를 제조하고 이 용액을 마그네슘 흡착제와 접촉시켜 불순물을 이에 흡착시키고 ; 또 수득 비흡착부위로부터 알파-글리코실 진세노사이드를 회수하는 단계로 구성되는 알파-글리코실 진세노사이드의 정제방법.
- 알파-글리코실 진세노사이드와 알파-글루코실 사카라이드 함유 수용액을 제조하고 ; 이 용액을 다공성 흡착 합성수지와 접촉시켜 알파-글리코실 진세노사이드를 이에 흡착시키며 ; 이 수지를 다시 저급알콜용액과 접촉시키고 ; 또 용출액으로부터 알파-글리코실 진세노사드를 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 알파-글리코실 진세노사이드의 회수방법.
