제5도는 시이스형성 연강 및 잔류윤활제 내의 총 탄소함량과 퓨움방출량과의 관계를 나타내는 도표.
Claims (11)
- 개스시일드 아아크용접용 플락스코어 와이어 전극에 있어서, 연강으로 제조된 시이스 중의 탄소함량과 사이스에 묻어있는 윤활제내의 탄소함량의 총량이, 시이스 및 플락스의 총중량에 대하여 0.045중량% 또는 그 이하이며, 상기 플락스는 플락스 총중량 기준으로 20 내지 50중량%의 TiO2, 1 내지 15중량%의 SiO2, 25 내지 10중량%의 ZrO2, 0.1 내지 5중량%의 아아크안정제, 10내지 45중량%의 탈산제 및 최고 50중량%까지의 철분을 함유하며, 시이스로 둘러싸인 동공내에 와이어 전극의 총중량의 10 내지 30중량%가량 충전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스코어 와이어전극.
- 개스시일드 아아크용접용 플락스코어 와이어전극에 있어서 연강으로 제조된 시이스 중의 탄소함량과 시시스에 묻어 있는 윤활제 내의 탄소함량의 총량이, 시이스 및 플락스의 총량에 대하여 0.045중량% 또는 그 이하이며, 상기 플락스는 플락스 총중량 기준으로 20 내지 50중량%의 TiO2, 1 내지 15중량%의 SiO2, 2.5 내지 10중량%의 ZrO2, 0.1 내지 5중량%의 아아크안정제, 10 내지 45중량%의 탈산제, 최고 50중량%까지의 철분, 1 내지 15중량%의 Al2O3, 0.1 내지 10중량%의 MgO 및 1 내지 10중량%의 산화철을 함유하며, 시이스로 둘러싸인 동공내에 와이어전극의 총중량의 10 내지 30중량% 가량 충전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플락스코어 와이어전극.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 플락스 내의 탄소함량이 플락스 총중량에 대하여 0.2중량% 또는 그 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 플락스코어 와이어전극.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 시이스는 그 표면에 대하여 어떠한 시임도 없으며, 또한 와이어전극의 총중량에 대하여 0.05 내지 0.30중량% 가량의 두께로 판금이 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플락스코어 와이어전극.
- 제4항에 있어서, 판금은 동판금인 것을 특징으로 하는 플락스코어 와이어전극.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 플락스가 와이어전극의 총중량에 대하여 10 내지 20중량%가량 충전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플락스코어 와이어전극.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 윤활제는 MoS2기제 윤활제인 것을 특징으로 하는 플락스코어 와이어전극.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 개스시일드 아아크용접을 함에 있어 시일드 개스로서 80% 또는 그 이상의 Ar 개스를 함유하는 CO2개스를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플락스코어 와이어전극.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 개스시일드 아아크용접을 함에 있어 시일드 개스로서 CO2개스를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플락스코어 와이어전극.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 연강으로 만들어진 시이스 내의 탄소함량과 시이스에 묻어있는 윤활제 내의 탄소함량의 총량이 시이스의 총중량에 대하여 0.02중량% 또는 그 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 플락스코어 와이어전극.
