Claims (11)
- 아크용접용 소모성 용접재로서, 상기 용접재에 충분한 양의 풀럭싱을 제공하는 분말형 칼슘 불화물로 형성된 단일 성분의 플럭스 시스템을 포함하는 콤팩트형 코어를 둘러싸는 강의 외장을 구비하는 아크용접용 소모성 용접재에 있어서, 상기 코어는 용접금속내에서 확산성 수소의 양을 감소하기 위한 감소재를 최고0.4%까지 가지며, 상기 감소재는 불소를 함유한 중합체를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크용접용 소모성 용접재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 상기 용접재 총 중량에 대해 약 1.6%이하의 칼슘 불활물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 상기 용접재 총 중량에 대해 약 0.1%내지 약 0.9%의 칼슘 불화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 상기 용접재 총 중량에 대해 약 0.30%이햐의 수소 감소재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 상기 용접재 총 중량에 대해 약 0.2%내지 0.40%범위의 수소 감소재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 용접재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 분말형 금속 합금물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접재.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 분말형 금속 합금물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접재.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 분말형 금속 합금물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금물질 및 상기 강 외장은 상기 용접재 총 중량에 대해 약 0.2%이하의 탄소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 합금물질 및 상기 강 외장은 망간, 실리콘, 몰리브덴, 니켈 및 티탸늄을 포함하는 것은 특징으로 하는 용접재.
