Claims (40)

  1. 아크용접용 소모성 용접재에 있어서, 상기 용접재에 충분한 양의 플럭싱을 제공하는 분말의 칼슘 불화물로 형성된 실질상 단일 성분이 플럭스 시스템을 포함하는 콤팩트형 코어를 둘러싸는 강의 외장을구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크 용접용 소모성 용접재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 상기 용접봉 총중량의 약 1.6%보다 작은 칼슘 불화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접재.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 상기 용접봉 총중량의 약 0.1% 내지 약 0.9 사이의 칼슘 불화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접재.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 불소함유 중합체, 아연분말, 아연합금 분말 및 그 화합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 용접 금속 내의 확산성 수소량을 환원시키기 위한 작용제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접재.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 상기 용접봉 중량 약 0.30%보다 작은 상기 수소 환원제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접재.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 불소함유 중합체, 아연분말, 아연 합금, 및 그 화합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 용접 금속 내의 확산성 수소량을 환원시키기 위한 작용제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접재.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 상기 용접봉 총중량의 약 0.30%보다 작은 상기 수소 환원제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접재.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 분말형금속 합금재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접재.

  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 분말형 금속 합금재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접재.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 합금재 및 상기 강 외장은 용접봉 총중량의 약 0.1%보다 작은 탄소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접재.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 합금재 및 상기 외장은 적어도 망간, 실리콘, 몰리브덴, 니켈 및 티타늄을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접재.
  20. (a)중간 보어를 강 외장을 제공하는 단계와; (b)단일 성분의 플럭스 재로서 칼슘 불화물을 갖는 상기 보어를 로우딩하는 단계와; (c)소정의 직경으로 상기 외장을 드로잉하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소모성 용접재 제조 방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 칼슘 불화물에 부가하여 함급입자를 갖는 상기 보어를 로우딩하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  22. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 칼슘 불화물에 부가하여 불소 함유 중합체 입자를 갖는 상기 보어를 로우딩하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  23. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 칼슘 불화물에 부가하여 아연 입자를 갖는 상기 보어를 로우딩하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  24. 금속 합금 분말을 함유하는 콤팩트형 코어와 총 중량의 약 1.60%보다 작은 양의 염기성 화합물을 둘러싸는 강 외장을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크 용접용 소모성 용접재.
  25. 제24항에 있어서, 상기 염기성 화합물은 칼슘 불화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접재.
