Claims (8)
- 하기의 성분으로 구성되는 전기 아아크 용접비드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강합금 원소가 하기의 성분으로 구성되는 용접 비이드.
- 하기의 용접단계로 구성되는 전기 아아크 용접방법. (a) (1) (Ti,Zr,Ni,C,Mn 및 Si으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택한 원소, 금속, 합금 및 화합물 형태의 강합금원소, (2) Li,Si,Ba,Si,Sr,Ca,K의 불화물 및 Fe,Lii,Ca,Ba의 산화물로 구성된 그룹에서 선택한 용제성분, (3) Mg,Al 및 Si으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택한 환원제, (4) 아아크와 화학반응에 의해, 용접비이드내에, 0.3-0.12중량%의 Ti, 0.95중량%이하의 Al, 0.05-0.30중량%의 Cr을 함유시킬 수 있을 정도의 Ti,Cr 및 Al을 함유하는 강제용접봉을 준비하는 단계, (b) 상기 용접봉과 강모재 사이에서 차폐개스 없이 전기아아크를 발생시킴에 의해 상기 Ti가 대기로부터 0.01-0.04중량%의 N을 포집하여 용접 비이트내에 함유시키는 단계.
- 하기의 성분을 함유하는 저탄소강으로 구성된 전기 아아크 용접봉. (a) Ti,Cr,Al,C,Zr,Mg,Si,Ni로 구성되어 있는 그룹에서 선택한 원소, 금속, 합금 및 화합물 형태의 합금성분. (b) Mg,Al 및 Si로 구성되어 있는 그룹에서 선택한 금속이나 합금형태의 환원제. (c) Ba,Li,Ca,K,Si,Sr의 불화물 및 Li,Si,Fe,Ba,Sr,Ca의 산화물로 구성되어 있는 그룹에서 선택한 용제. (d) 차폐개스를 사용하지 않은 상태에서 아아크와의 화학반응에 의해, 용접 비이드가, 0.03-0.12 중량%의 Ti, 0.01-0.04중량%의 N, 0.95중량%이하의 Al, 0.05-0.30중량%의 Cr, 공지의 양의 합금원소 및 금속, 잔부의 저탄소강의 조성을 가질 수 있을 정도의 양인 Ti,Cr 및 Al.
- 차폐개스를 사용하지 않은 상태에서 용접을 실시했을 때, 생성된 용접 비이드가 0.03-0.12중량%의 Ti, 0.01-0.04중량%의 N(여기서 N은 TiN의 미세입자 상태), 0.05-0.30중량%의 Cr, 0.95중량%이하의 Al, 공지의 양의 합금성분, 잔부의 강으로 구성될 수 있을 정도의 양으로 Ti, Cr 및 Al을 함유한 저탄소강으로 구성된 전기 아아크 용접봉.
- 하기 조성의 코어로 충전되어 있는 강관형상의 전기 아아크 용접봉.
