Claims (3)
- 강외피에 플럭스가 충전되어 있는 플럭스 충전 와이어에 있어서,상기 플럭스는, 자체중량%로, 루타일샌드: 35∼45%, 뮬라이트샌드+지르콘샌드:1∼4%, 장석:0.8∼2.3%, 마그네시아 크링커: 2.5∼4.5%, 철분:20∼32%, 망간과 망간 합금철의 합:4∼8%, Mg-Al합금:1.5∼3%, 실리콘-망간 합금철:15∼23% 및 불화물:1∼3%를 포함하여 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 티타니아계 플럭스 충전와이어
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 불화물은 NaF와 Na3AlF6로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 티타니아계 플럭스 충전와이어
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 불화물에서 NaF함량 > Na3AlF6함량 인 것을 특징으로 하는 티타니아계 플럭스 충전와이어
