Claims (16)

  1. 디아조화합물과 커플링성분을 제1격실에서의 반응물 체류시간이 5 내지 200초인 다격실믹서중에서, 레이크염료가 생성되는 경우 임의로 금속염의 존재하에 연속적으로 커플링함을 특징으로 하는 아조화합물의 연속 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1격실에서의 체류시간이 60 내지 180초인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 다격실믹서가 3 내지 10개의 격실을 갖는 믹서인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제1격실 이외의 격실에서의 체류시간이 5 내지 200초인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 단열적으로 수행하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 커플링반응을 미반응 디아조화합물 또는 커플링 성분의 반응매질중 농도를 연속적으로 측정하고 조절하는 자동화학분석기를 사용하여 조절하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 생성물이, pH값의 조절, 또는 염수용액의 첨가에 의해 침전된 수용성 아조화합물인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 생성물이, 알루미늄, 카드뮴, 크롬, 코발트, 구리, 철, 납, 마그네슘, 수은, 니켈, 주석, 티타늄, 아연, 칼슘, 바륨, 스트론튬 및 망간으로부터 선택된 금속을 사용한 레이트염료인 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 레이크 염료를, 금속염을 디아조화 반응기 또는 커플링반응기의 격실에 공급하여 형성시키는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 수지, 지방아민, 계면활성제 및/또는 염료를 어떤 목적한 지점에서 반응시스템에 공급하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 디아조화합물이 용액 형태이며, 아민을 연속 커플링시키기전에 다격실 반응기 내에서 디아조화시켜 디아조화합물을 연속적으로 제조하는 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 디아조화합물이 고체이며, 아민을 반응물의 디아조화를 위한 체류시간인 150 내지 300초를 제공하기에 충분한 용적의 교반응기 다음에 위치시킨 다격실믹서중에서 디아조화시켜 디아조화합물을 연속적으로 제조하는 방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 디아조화에 사용된 다격실믹서가 3 내지 12개의 격실을 갖는 믹서인 방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 디아조화에 사용된 다격실믹서가 3 내지 12개의 격실을 갖는 믹서인 방법.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 디아조화믹서의 각 격실에서의 반응물 체류시간이 3 내지 50초인 방법.
  16. 제11항에 있어서, 디아조화반응의 종결점을 전하전량계 방법을 사용하여 조절하는 방법.
