Claims (10)

  1. 적어도 한가지의 산성 또는 양쪽성 형태의 β-락탐 항생물질과 적어도 한가지의 생리학적으로 무독한 염기를, 공기 중의 농도보다 높은 농도로 안정화량의 이산화탄소를 함유하는 기상의 대기와 함께 제제화시킴을 특징으로 하여, β-락탐 항생물질을 함유하는 약학조성물을 안정화시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 대기가 적어도 1용량 %의 이산화탄소를 함유하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 대기가 적어도 4용량 %의 이산화탄소를 함유하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 대기가 적어도 10용량 %의 이산화탄소를 함유하는 방법.
  5. 제1내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 조성물이 항생물질 1당량에 대하여 0.8 내지 6당량의 염기를 함유하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 조성물이 항생물질 1당량에 대하여 0.9 내지 4당량의 염기를 함유하는 방법.
  7. 제1 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염기가 아르기닌 또는 이의 한가지 이상의 다른 염기와의 혼합물인 방법.
  8. 제1 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염기가 탄산염 또는 이의 한가지 이상의 다른 염기와의 혼합물인 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 탄산염이 탄산나트륨인 방법.
  10. 제1 내지 9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, β-락탐 항생물질이 세프타지딤 또는 이의 수화물인 방법.
