1396772 Anaesthetic gas mixtures BRITISH OXYGEN CO Ltd 25 Jan 1973 [21 Jan 1972] 3099/72 Heading A5B Anaesthetic gas mixtures contain 40 to 60% by volume of nitrous oxide, 3 to 10% by volume of carbon dioxide and 30 to 55% by volume oxygen, the proportion by volume of oxygen being at least 5 times that of carbon dioxide. Other anaesthetic gases, e.g. halothane, may also be present in the mixtures.
