1504767 Amoxycillin preparations BEECHAM GROUP Ltd 23 Aug 1976 [2 July 1975 30 Sept 1975 3 Nov 1975] 27804/75 39893/75 and 45649/75 Heading A5B Preparation of clear stable injectable aqueous solutions of amoxycillin trihydrate is facilitated by the presence of lysine or argenine or a sodium or potassium salt thereof in a molar ratio amoxycillin trihydrate : aminoacid or salt from 2:1 to 1:3. The solution may be made from a two-part pack or syringe containing either (a) amoxycillin powder and (b) aqueous aminoacid or salt solution or (a) dry amoxycillin and aminoacid or salt and (b) sterile water.
