Claims (3)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 산화시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 제조방법.[상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 같거나 다르며 각각 메틸 또는 메톡시이고 ; n은 0∼21의 정수이고 ; m은 0 또는 1이고 ; Z는 식의 기(여기서, R3및 R4는 동일 또는 상이하며 각각은 수소원자 또는 임의로 치환될 수 있는 알킬기이거나, 또는 R3및 R4는 인접한 질소 원자와 함께 모르폴리노기를 형성함), 식 -COR5의 기(여기서, R5는 α-아미노산 잔기 또는 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 글루코사민 잔기), 식의 기(여기서, R6는 탄소 원자수 1∼3의 2가의 탄화수소기), 식의 기(여기서, R6는 전기 정의한 바와 같음), 식 -(CH=CH)1-COR7의 기(여기서, 1은 1∼4의 정수이고 R7은 히드록시, 메톡시 또는 메틸임)이고 ; X는 수소 또는 임의로 보호될 수 있는 히드록시기이며 ; Y는 임의로 보호될 수 있는 히드록시기임].
