Claims (4)

  1. 화합물 a), 다음식 일반식(Ⅰ)의 구조성분을 갖는 난균류 방제 살진균제 및 화합물 b), 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)의 화합물 또는 다음 구조식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 혼합하여 상승작용이 있는 살진제 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 일반식에서,
    X는 CH 또는 N이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 화합물 a)가 다음 일반식(Ia)의 화합물인 방법.
    상기 일반식에서,
    R1,R2및 R3는 독립적으로 H,C1-4알킬, C1-4알킬티오 또는 할로겐(F,Cl, 또는 Br)이고 R4는 일반식-CH(R4)-R5의 기 또는 일반식 -N(R6)-COOR|7의 기이고,
    C≡C-R14, 알렌, 비치환되거나, C1-4알킬로 치환된 2,2-디할로-1-사이클로프로필 또는 비치환 되거나 치환된 페닐이고, R6는 C1-3알킬이고, R7DMS C1-6알킬, C3-6알케닐 또는 C3-6알키 닐이거나, R6및 R7은 함께 CH1-CH2를 형성할 수 있고, Z 및 Z'는 0 또는 S이고, R8은 C1-6알킬 C3-6알케닐 또는 C36알키닐이거나, ZR8은 R4와 함께ZCH(R15)-CH2브릿지(여기서 Z는 전술한 바와 같고, R15는 H 또는 CH3이다)를 형성할 수 있고, R9,R9' 및 R9"는 H 도는 C1-4알킬이고, R10,R10' 및 R10"은 C1-4알킬이거나, R9,R10과 R9'는 R10와, 그리고 R9"는 R10"과 함께 각각 알킬렌을 이루어 5-또는 6원 복소환을 형성할 수 있고, R11,R12및 R13은 독립적으로 H, C1-4알킬 또는 할로겐(F, Cl 또는 Br)이고, R14는 H, C1-4알킬 또는 할로겐 (Cl,Br 또는 I)이고, Y는 H; 비치환되거나 할로겐(F, Cl 또는 Br)또는 CH으로 치환된 C1-6알킬, C2-6알키닐 중에서 선택된 탄화수소; C2-6에폭시-알킬렌; C3-6사이클로알킬; O,S 및 N 중에서 선택된 1 내지 3개의 복소원자를 함유하며 비치환되거나 C1-4알킬 또는 할로겐(F, Cl 또는 Br)으로 치환된 5원복소환;(A1)n-AZ;(A1)n-Y1-NR9aR10a;(A1)nZ1H 또는 이의 에스테르 또는 이의 에테르; 치환 또는 비치환된 벤질이고,
    A1은 CH2또는 CH(CH3)이고, n은 0또는 1이고, Az는 1내지 3개의 질소원자를 함유한 1-아졸릴이고, Y1은 공유결합 또는 NH이고, R9a는 H 또는 C1-4알킬이고, R10a C1-4알킬, z1은 0또는 s이다.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 화합물 a)가 다음일반식(Ⅰb)의 화합물인 방법.
    상기 일반식에서, X는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같고, Ra 및 Rb는 모두 수소이거나, 또는 함께 공유결합을 형성하고, Ya는 C3-5알케닐, CH2OC3-6알케닐, CH2OC3-5알키닐, 푸닐, 벤질, CH2Cl또는 C3-6사이클로-알킬이고, R1'|및 R2'는 모두 2-및 6-위치에 존재하는 CH3이거나, 또는 R1'은 3-Cl이고 R2'는 H이며, R3'는 H,CH3, Cl 또는 Br이다.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 화합물 a)가 X,Ra,Rb,Ya,R1'R2' 및 R3'의 정의가 다음과 같은 일반식(Ib)의 화합물인 방법.
    ⅰ) 각각 CH,H,H, 2-푸릴, 2-CH3, 6-CH3및 H,
    ⅱ) 각각 CH,H,H,CH2, -OCH3, 2-CH3, 6-CH3및 H,
    ⅲ) 각각 CH,H,H, 벤질, 2-CH3, 6-CH3및 H,
    ⅳ) 각각 CH, 공유결합(Ra＋Rb), CH2Cl, 2-CH3, 6-CH3및 H,
    ⅴ) 각각 N, 공유결합(Ra＋Rb), CH2-OCH3, 2-CH3, 6-CH3및 H.
    ⅵ) 각각 N, 공유결합(Ra＋Rb), CH2-OCH3, 2-CH3, 6-CH3및 Cl.
    ⅶ) 각각 N, 공유결합(Ra＋Rb), CH2-OCH3, 2-CH3, 6-CH3및 3-Br.
    ⅷ) 각각 CH, 공유결합(Ra＋Rb), 사이클로프로필, 3-Cl, H 및 H.
    ⅸ) 각각 CH, 공유결합(Ra＋Rb), CH2OCH3, 2-CH3, 6-CH3및 H,
