Claims (16)

  1. 테스트되는 소형회로의 규정된 엉역과 전기적인 접촉을 양호하게 행하기 알맞게 설계된 제1팁 부분과 제2팁 부분을 각각 가지는 신장된 전도성 테스트 프로우브 수단과, 상기 테스트 프로우브 수단들 중의 결합된 프로우브 수단과 마찰적으로 연동하고 슬라이드 어블리하게 수용하기 적당하게 설계되어 전기적인 접속을 제공하는 신장된 전도성 테스트 프로우브 수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 회로 프로세싱 장치에 사용하기 위한 테스트헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 규정된 배열로 상의 테스트 가이드 수단을 지지하기 위한 지지수단을 구성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형회로 프로세싱 장치에 사용하기 위한 테스트 헤드.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지수단이 상기 테스트 프로우브 가이드 수단을 수용하기 위한 애퍼어쳐들이설비되어 있는 플래너 절연수단을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형회로 프로세싱 장치에 사용하기 위한 테스트 헤드.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 플래너 절연수단이 상기 테스트 프로우브 가이드 수단들중 한수단에 각각 연결되는 다수의 컨덕터를 지탱하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형회로 프로세싱 장치에 사용하기 위한 테스트 헤드.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 테스트 프로우브 수단과 결합된 프로우브 가이드 수단의 종축 방향으로 상기 테스트 프로우브 수단을 밀어넣어 상기 소형회로 프로세싱 장치에 의해 프로세스 하기 위하여 위치된 소형 회로 수단과 접초하는 탄성수단을 구비하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 소형회로 프로세싱 장치에 사용하기 위한 테스트 헤드.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 테스트 프로우브 수단과 결합된 테스트 프로우브 가이드 수단의 횡축방향으로 상기 테스트 헤드프로우브 수단을 밀어 넣어 상기 소형회로 프로세싱 장치에 의해 프로세스하기 위해 위치된 소형 회로 장치와 접촉하는 탄성수단을 구비하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 소형회로 프로세싱 장치를 사용하기 위한 테스트 헤드.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 규정된 배열로 상기 테스트 프로우브 수단의 상기 제2팁 부분을 유지시키기 위한 프로우브 팁 배열수단을 구성하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 소형 회로 프로세싱 장치에 사용하기 위한 테스트 헤드.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 규정된 배열로 상기 테스트 프로우브 수단의 상기 제2팁 부분들을 유지시키기 위한 프로우브 팁 배열수단을 구성하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 소형 회로프로세싱 장치에 사용하기 위한 테스트 헤드.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 테스트 프로우브 팁 배열수단에 관하여 소형 회로들의 위치를 결정하는데 사용하기 위한 레티클 수단을 구성하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 소형 회로 프로세싱 장치에 사용하기 위한 테스트 헤드.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 레티클 수단은 상기 테스트 프로우브 팁 배열 수단의 양편에 규정된 일정한 거리 간격으로 배열된 제1, 제2레티클 수단을 구성하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 소형회로 프로세싱 장치에 사용하기 위한 테스트 헤드.
  11. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 테스트 프로우브팁 배열수단에 관하여 소형 회로들의 위치를 결정하는데 사용하기 위한 레티클 수단을 구성하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 소형 회로 프로세싱 장치에 사용하기 위한 테스트 헤드,
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 레티클 수단은 상기 테스트 프로우브 팁 배열 수단의 양쪽편에 규정된 일정한 거리 간격으로 배열된 제 l, 제 2 레티클 수단을 구성하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 소형 프로세싱 장치에 사용하기 위한 테스트 헤드.
  13. 제4항에 있어서, 상기플래너 절연 수단에 설치된 케이블 커넥터 수단을 구성하고, 상기 플래너 절연수단에 의해 유지된 상기 컨덕터들의 각각에 연결된 그들의 접초수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 회로 프로세싱 장치에 사용하기 위한 테스트 헤드.
  14. 베이스와, 소형회로가 프로세스 되도록 유지하기 알맞게 설계된 책과, 상기 베이스에 관하여 상기 척을 위치 결정하기 위한 서보 기구 수단과, 상기 서어보 기구 수단의 동작을 제어하기 위한 수동 제어수단과, 상기 베이스에 관하여 고정된 제 1, 제 2 광학축을 따라 상기 척의 상기 소형 회로를 관찰하기 위한 광학수단으로 구성되었음을 특징으로 하는 소형 회로 프로세싱 장치.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 광학 수단은 두개의 현미경을 구성하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 소형 회로 프로세싱 장치.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 광학 수단은 한개의 현미경과 상기 현미경의 위치를 선택적으로 결정하기 위한 수단으로 구성되고 그들의 축들은 상기 제1광학 축이나 또는 제2광학축과 일치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 회로 프로세싱 장치.
