Claims (2)
- (a) 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)로 표시되는 화합물을 환원시키고, 필요에 따라서는 여전히 존재하는 보호기를 이어서 제거시키거나; 또는 (b) 하기 일반식(XII)로 표시되는 페닐 글리옥살 또는 헤미아세탈을 하기 일반식(ⅩⅢ)으로 표시되는 아민과 환원적 아민화 조건하에 반응시키고, 필요에 따라서는 여전히 존재하는 보호기를 이어서 제거시키거나; 또는 (c) 제거해야 할 1개 이상의 보호기가 존재하는 하기 일반식(ⅩⅥ)으로 표시되는 화합물로부터 보호기를 상법에 의해 제거시킨 다음; (a), (b) 또는 (c)에서 생성되는 화합물을 필요에 따라서는 상법에 의해 그의 거울상 이성체, 가능한 그의 거울상 이성체의 부분입체 이성체 쌍으로 분할시키고 맨처음에 얻어지는 염기를 산부가염으로 전환시키거나, 또는 맨처음에 얻어지는 산부가염을 염기 또는 다른산의 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 복소환상 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기 식들에 있어서, A는 단일결합,또는 -CH2-CH2-를 나타내고; R1은 OH, O-아실, 염소, 또는 수소를 나타내며; R2는 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸을 나타내며; R3는로 표시되는 일반식(Ⅱ) 또는로 표시되는 일반식(Ⅲ)을 나타내며;여기에서, m은 2, 3 또는 4를 나타내며; n은 1, 2 또는 3을 나타내며; R4는 수소 또는 저급알킬을 나타내며; R5는 수소 또는 저급알킬을 나타내며, R4가 수소일 경우는 R5는 또한 페닐을 나타내며; R6는 수소 또는 메틸을 나타내며; R7은 수소 또는 메틸을 나타내며; R8은 수소 또는 메틸을 나타내며; R9는 수소 Ar, OAr 또는 NH-CO-Ar(Ar은또는임)을 나타내며;R10, R11, R12는 서로 동일 또는 상이할 수 있으며, 수소, 히드록시, 메틸, 메톡시, 할로겐, 메틸렌-디옥시, NH-R13(R13은 수소, 아실 또는 저급알킬술포닐임) 또는 CONH2를 나타내며; 존재할 수도 있는 페놀성 OH기는, 수소첨가 분해에 의해 이탈가능한 보호기로 보호될 수 있으며; A는 -CHO 또는 -CH(OH)-O-저급알킬기를 나타내며; R1'는 R1또는 수소첨가 분해에 의해 이탈가능한 보호기로 보호된 OH기를 나타내며; R3'는 R3를 나타내나, R3중 OH기는 수소 첨가분해에 의해 보호될 수 있으며; R'는 수소 또는 수소첨가 분해에 의해 이탈가능한 보호기를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 5'-히드록시-8'-(1-히드록시-2-이소프로필아미노-부틸)-2H-1, 4-벤졸사진-3-(4H)-온 및 그의 염을 제조하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
